Great service, great sound, great style! Great service -the first set of BR-02 BT speakers I received had a high pitched hiss/buzz that was unacceptable for near-field usage. Triangle paid for the return shipping and quickly replaced them with an upgraded model (BR-02 Connect) at no charge! Great sound - these are the total package: power and precision. They have me listening to all my favorites again to see what new details I will pick out. Great style - this is probably the least important, but they look fantastic on my desktop stands.

You took my order then said it was shipped, then got a message that you ran out of stock, you're scammers ...and I let everyone know that TRIANGLE, is not to be trusted... terrible customer service.

Great speakers… Using for TV instead of soundbar.

I ordered a pair of refurbished speakers for a great price. Unfortunately, when they arrived, one of the speakers did not work correctly. After contacting the company about the issue, on the weekend, I received a quick and thorough response directly from the US sales manager. The resolution was above and beyond what I would have expected, to the extent that I had a brand new replacement set within a couple of days. Can't ask for more than that. There will always be imperfections, unforeseen issues, etc.; it's how a company resolves them that tells you everything about their quality.

Aio twins are superb in sonic and streaming capability. The app is also super useful.

The only feedback I have is when you turn it off and back on, it doesn't remember the input mode and always start with WiFi which can be annoying extra step. If there is some firmware to fix this l, it'd be a 5 stars.

Honestly, I've tried to love the BRO 3 but I'm really struggling to even like them. I bought them based on numerous recommendations of several reviews on line and I don't think I could be more disappointed. I've tried them in three systems in my house and they are just not good. I had them in my PS Audio system, the best I own, and they sounded thin and weak. Way too bright and lacking in ANY bass. I tried them in my Rotel system and they were lacking in any lower mids and completely absent in the lower ranges. Even tried running them with a subwoofer and was not happy with the sound. Tried it with my tube amp and was shocked at how bad they sounded. I really don't know if I've ever been this disappointed in an audio purchase.

Minus one star for the shipping the wrong color speakers but they made the exchange fairly painless. The speakers sound very nice and I am happy with my decision purchase them

Shipping was very quick and painless. Great speakers at a good price point ($399 a pair when purchased). They have really brought some life back into my listening room. So far so good.
