This was my first time using this site. Like many I was nervous about purchasing online and whether everything was above board.

But I have to say I am very happy with my purchase. The bag was beautiful and exactly as described and pictured.

As well as being happy with the purchase the service was great, very professional and personal, all handled by Emma who was happy to help or explain everything.

Delivery was prompt and packaging was lovely, way better wrapping and presentation than I could have managed, so definitely a plus!

All in all, very happy and would definitely recommend.
