Wish I had read the reviews first.
Basically do not buy from this company. Dreadful customer service, replied to one email then nothing.
The sizing guidelines are utter nonsense.

Absolutely dreadful outfit. They actually also trade under the name Vexonic although their online dealings are so opaque it’s difficult to work out. They offered to supply bamboo boxers which initially failed to arrive. On raising a refund via PayPal they eventually did get in touch begging for this refund request to be reversed. Then goods arrived. Totally unusable as they were of such Poor quality and delivered in a child’s size. Eventually PayPal gave me a total refund. They are basically a fraudulent operation to be avoided at all costs

Ordered and came ok but large is tiny don’t fit any adult I’m sure

Same as everyone else on here; say an offer on social media, ordered a 10 pack of XL and was promised 3 day delivery. Three months later they arrived from China, shoved into a bag in individual ziplock bags with no labels or branding and were so small they would not fit my 8 year old.

Sent numerous emails and made several phone calls without even an acknowledgment.

Money down the drain and a 10 pack of underwear I couldn’t wear even if I wanted to.

Trust pilot needs a zero star rating as I think this company would get zeros across the board. They take your money and the ghost you.

The order was delayed due to 'hiccup', and then the sizing was too small when they everyday arrived. I emailed several times to request an exchange but got no response.
Do not use this company! They are a rip off!

Ordered some underwear based on their sizing chart. The underwear arrived and were far too small. I’m a 32” waist and ordered Large (their chart); far too small! Emailed them asking to exchange for a larger size with no reply. Emailed again asking for refund and again no reply. Yes I did check my spam folder. Telephoned them on their advertised telephone number numerous times to no avail and you can’t leave a message. Going through my credit card company and trading standards tomorrow.

What a joke of a company how are they allowed to advertise on Facebook still not received my order contact number doesn’t exist and they don’t answer emails steer well clear

I ordered having seen the adverts on facebook, took 3 weeks to arrive and are ridiculously small, they have now disappeared off the radar and will not answer emails plus the phone number listed is unavailable

Do not order, they are tiny.. ordered XL and they wouldnt fit a 5 year old. Requested refund with several emails, no response. Company is a sham.

I ordered boxers on 21st October and receivednothing to date, no tracking number given and now they are unable to find my order. Do not buy from them as they're a scam and I say this because when I asked where my order is, there's no reply.

DO NOT us this company.
As per other reviews, took over3 weeks to arrive. When package did, items too small by a couple of sizes - the size chart is useless.
The items are also poor quality.
Lesson learned.

I have ordered Boxers 3 weeks ago and still have not received anything,I have contacted customer support numerous times and I have never got a reply.
This company is a sham I would not order anything of them, I keep getting emails saying your order is out for delivery then another one to say there is a delivery problem.......what a sham of a company

Absolute con.
I ordered my boxers and paid via PayPal. Loads of emails and a fake tracking number. I opened a dispute and PayPal returned my money immediately. Please don’t buy from these scammers.

DO NOT BUY. ordered large and they would just about fit a large hamster!!!

Wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering. Ordered 2nd October and received constant sales emails ever since. No sign of anything actually being delivered though. Strongly advise avoiding Treov.

They do not reply to emails . I accidently duplicated my order . sent 4 emails requesting refund etc explained why

Received my supposedly XXL boxer shorts which were no bigger than Small! The website size chart is not correct. Took over 2 weeks to deliver from China! Requested a return and refund through several emails but no reply. They got my money and I got boxers that wouldn't fit over 1 leg! Their website is full of fake reviews as I tried to submit a 1 star review and it never got published! Wish I'd seen a review on here before ordering on the 17th September.
Update 17th October still no reply despite numerous emails sent so raised a transaction dispute via Mastercard. I suggest everyone affected by these Con artists do the same.

Original Order and alleged dispatch date 1st October

6th October no product delivered

They have my money but I havent got the products even though it was supposed to have been posted over a week ago.

Update 11th October. Phone number on thier website is false, emails to them not responding to requests, I keep getting sales emails, and order update but doesnt tell me what is happening or responding to my request for refund of my payment.
