Преди Нова година в Trendyol даден артикул струваше 50 лева, а сега цената му вече е 50 евро, всичко е удвоено. Това нормално ли е? Ако тази грешка не бъде коригирана, ще подам сигнал до съответните институции.

Am comandat pe 1 decembrie 2025 3 electrocasnice pentru îngrijire păr dar am primit unul singur pe 7 decembrie. După 10 zile de așteptare a soluționării am ramas blocat în 8ore până la soluționare. Nici astăzi 25 decembrie nu s-a rezolvat. Persoanele cu care am interacționat pe chat mă tot amână.

Acest site este absolut o inselatorie. Am comandat 3 pahare de vin si toate 3 sunt niste rebuturi, unul este stramb, altul este zgariat iar cel de-al treilea cu defecte de fabricatie(topire) si nu sunt doua pahare care sa semene intre ele atat ca forma cat si ca volum. Pacat ca nu pot adauga fotografii. Si desi aceste pahare (rebuturi) au fost promovate ca fiind cu retur gratuit, la cererea de retur mi se percepe o taxa de 19.99 lei.. Iar in ceea ce priveste procentele de discount oferite, aceasta nu este altceva decat o alta inselatorie pentru ca si dupa aplicarea acestor procente de reducere, orice produs este mai scump decat pe Emag, spre exemplu, exemplu. Si ce este si mai enervant, nu poti sa iei legatura cu un reprezentant, cel mult poti completa un formular la care nu ti se va raspunde niciodata Trendyol nu aste altceva decat un talcioc de unde cu siguranta pleci inselat.

The worst website ever. SHEIN is better. Prices are going up and down how they want. And the prices are higher for such useless products. On my app for a product I have in basket is showing me a high price and if I check on other phone same product is on a lower price. It should be closed down.

This is a really dishonest and shady company. They were advertising online that if I downloaded the app, I would have a discount for the product. I downloaded the app, went through all the steps, applied for the discount and went to the Pay page. It automatically gives me an error, and the page refreshes, and "magically " the discount disappeared. There was the full price advertised online.
I tried from my husband's phone, downloaded the app, and took the same steps. Went to the last step, and when I clicked "pay", a message saying " We are unable to fulfil yiur request. Please try again later" . I clicked to go back to the cart.....guess what , the discount "magically dissapeared" again and it was full price now.
So really dishonest and shady company , that wantsbto make yo downloaded their app based on fake advertising

stay away!!!!....I ordered lumberjack blue shoes and never received it...instead I received some brown polaris shoes, cheaper with 8 euros...I think is a fraud that Trendyol does and sends cheaper products instead of what you ordered. Trendyol refused to compensate me with the difference money back. I had a lot of orders with them but I will share my negative experience everywhere so people will know what they are capable of.

Oplichters! Niet bestellen bij deze lui! Zijn een partner van Bol.com, nou hoe dan? Retour zenden lukt niet, dit frustreren ze aan alle kanten met niet werkende retour labels die niet herkend worden bij het scannen bij DHL. Ik had twee dingen die ik (los van elkaar)terug moest sturen. Vreselijk slechte kwaliteit en veel te krap ondanks grotere maten besteld. 1 retourlabel leek te werken maar staat als retouradres alleen een DHL hoofdkantoor adres op in Utrecht. Het pakketje komt nu regelrecht weer terug naar mij, omdat DHL er niks mee kan. Foutieve retour labels dus. Als je ze mailt, gooien ze het op storing. Ongelofelijk wat ben ik genept. Begrijp niet dat ze ongestoord door kunnen gaan. Een nette fatsoenlijke oplossing bieden ze niet.

Cheap materials and "easy returns" turns out you have to pay for the return.

Clothes arrived, never seen such cheap materials if I wanted that kind of quality I could have ordered from Temu right away.

Evidently product piracy.
Looked for Adidas Stan Smith Sneakers, found them at trendyol at a lower price than otherwhere, but at the second glance a lot of details of the sneakers were different to the original from Adidas.
Nevertheless, this cheap imitation from a turkish sweatshop bears the Adidas lettering on the tongue of the shoe, but precautionally not the grapic logo from Adidas. Ridiculous.

worst customer services and policy be careful , please don't buy directly from them the quality of materials is not good and when you return they will charge you transportation charges for each item separately so you will receive approximately 30% refund and they will close the chat and told you sorry this policy from the main office in turkey

Scammers all the way.
I ordered a T-shirt and I received two pairs of socks. The only contact solution is via their app bot that has limited options and the only available option for my case is to return the product. If that’s not enough, they only refund half of the initial product price, and the return responsibility is fully mine for their mistake.

Fraud the charge courier charges 2 times stay away from it

Horrible delivery time. I've ordered a package on July 13 and still haven't received my order. What is going on?
This is not the first time I'm having a bad experience regarding delivery at Trendyol Romania. A few months ago I ordered another package which took a really long time as well.
I am not pleased with this because I will soon leave this location and I am worried I will miss my order. I think this brand should review its processes and improve their delivery times in Romania.
