After returning an item of clothing due to it being the wrong size, I realised I had left my AirPods in the pocket. I emailed customer service asking that in the chance that they are found, to be returned to my address and I would be happy to pay for any shipping costs in sending them back to me.

Rhys, from Customer Service, emailed me back and told me that he will personally locate them and return them to me, free of charge and with tracking. I was so relieved that they had been found and was so impressed with how professionally he had handled the situation as he did not need to return them to me at all. He was exceptional with emailing me back and forth letting me know the status of the return and the parcel location. Thank you Rhys!

Beth in customer services is just simply incredible. Spent several days and lots of emails to help me secure the limited Nike victory tour 4. Lots of delays and shenanigans from Nikes side but she kept me up to date every step of the way.

Nervous about placing an order with a company I hadn’t used before but a great experience. Ordered specific golf shoes for my son for Christmas but they were too small. Son had thrown out the returns form etc but Beth was very helpful and emailed through another I could print and use to return them. Refunded within a few days of receipt of return. Larger size out of stock but I ordered another pair which were perfect. Will definitely use Trendygolf again.

Very quick delivery and good communication. Ordered on a Monday and delivered on Tuesday mid day. Can't say fairer than that!

Very bad place. They booked us for Tuesday at 11:00. The kids waited until 11:38 and it still didn't start. The coach was teaching the students in front. When we asked the coach, didn't he book us for 11? The coach didn't even apologize, and even made excuses saying he was waiting for us. The kids, the nanny and I arrived at 10:50 and appeared in front of you. Is it so hard to admit mistakes?

Been using them for many years and always delivered quickly and really good quality. They seem to get slightly different products from other golf stores which means less chance of clashing on a large golf day etc

Returned my item, which had a value of over £200. Royal Mail confirmed delivery of this to TrendyGolf and now they are ignoring my emails.
Do not buy from this company unless you are happy parting with large amounts of money!

Have to say I'm amazed there's anything other than 5 star reviews on here as my experience has been stellar. I have ordered lots of golf gear from Trendygolf over a number of years and delivery has always been first class, and more importantly, returns and extremely prompt refunds are excellent, it's what makes me keep coming back and being my supplier of choice.

My delivery was sent to a different address. The drive claimed to have delivered my parcel and it was signed for but was not our house. Called the delivery company used, they said I needed to get in contact with seller (trendy golf) I have emailed twice with no reply. Very poor as I need this to be resolved as I have not received my goods. Avoid this company as if there is an issue they will not get in contact with you.

Had an issue with a bag I bought, not Trendy Golf fault. Service I received was absolutely brilliant had a new bag delivered in a couple of days no issues at all. Thanks you

I was a little worried about purchasing from any company I’ve not heard about. However all I can say is an incredible customer service. Very happy with my purchase of Nike golf shoes and delivered within days or order.. 5 star many thanks guys Andy

After ordering , received an email several days later saying I had been refunded, no explanation or apology. Refund did not include the postage fee which I was still charged despite never receiving the item! Have emailed twice to query and had no response.
