Vest fits the body comfortably without getting in a way of exercising. Previous weighted vests I tried before were not as good as this one. It is perfect for long distance walks, pull ups and even running which I did not believe in the first place until I bought and tried it myself. Company looks reliable and offers great value for money.
After trying multiple weighted vests none of them fit and felt as good as Trekkfit.
