Our mother-and-son adventure to climb Mount Kilimanjaro was an unforgettable experience, made truly exceptional by Trek2Kili. We were incredibly lucky to have an amazing crew, led by our fantastic guides, Andrew and Isaya.
From the warm tents and hearty meals (complete with hot water bottles!) to the unwavering support every step of the way, the team went above and beyond to help us reach the Roof of Africa.

We went with Trek2Kili/Adventure Discover for our 3 week trip to Tanzania. From Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro, to Ngorongoro and Tarangire in between, we felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of.

Mount Meru is Kilimanjaro's spicy little sister, and still a challenging, respectable climb with a chain section and scrambling. I was pretty nervous about it, but our guide Amnaay helped me feel safe, grounded, and secure on the spicy sections and celebrated a hard-earned summit with us at the top. If you are climbing Kilimanjaro, I highly recommend adding on Meru beforehand to help with acclimatization and add another amazing adventure to your trip!

Safari was an absolute dream and perfect way to relax after a thrilling adventure. It felt like Christmas with each new animal we saw and it was such a special experience to be able to see them in their own world.

After Meru, I felt incredibly prepared and ready for Kilimanjaro. We did the 8 day Machame route and it was absolutely perfect. Our team was so positive and encouraging and our health and safety was their priority each day. Amnaay made sure I was eating, drinking, and sleeping enough during our climb so I would have enjoyable days and a successful summit. I am grateful for his professionalism and knowledge during our trip.

Each part of our trip truly was a once-in-a-lifetime dream come true. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend TREK2KILI !! We did a lot of research to choose a tour operator for our Kilimanjaro climb. Trek2kili met all of our criteria and had been recommended by a personal acquaintance who had summited with them. My friend group (5 of us ranging from 26 to 59 years old) did the 7-day Lemosho route with trek2kili and had an absolutely amazing experience.

We summited! But it was the whole 7 day journey, guided and supported by trek2kili’s fantastic and fun crew that made the trip so memorable. The trek2kili team took such good care of us, from picking us up a the airport, to checking our gear, guiding us up the mountain and back down, coaching us to reach the summit, and doing all the heavy lifting and pampering at camp. They exceeded every expectation I had. It was overwhelming how much they did for us. When they say “our dream is their goal,” they mean it! Highly, highly recommend!

This was my first trip to Tanzania and I cannot recommend coming to this country and utilizing Trek 2 Kili enough. From picking us up at the airport, shuttling us around Moshi, and organizing our entire trek up the mountain they had us fully taken care of. We did the 8 day Rongai route and had a group of 12. All 12 people were fully taken care of and hit their goal on our trip. The food was so delicious and our accommodations , tents, and gear that was rented was of the highest quality. Our guides made sure everyone was safe the entire time but also took the time to teach us Swahili, educate us on Tanzanian culture, and teach us more about the wildlife and going up the mountain. Our lead guides all had dozens (if not hundreds) of summits and were well equipped for any situation. I don’t often write reviews but I will go out fully on a limb to say this is one of the best companies and travel experiences out there. Don’t hesitate and compare with other companies just go straight with Trek 2 Kili and finally come see one of the best countries on earth without any stress or hesitation. 10/10 review.

My summit certificate was lost, so I reached out to Trek2Kili. They sent another one out to me immediately and communicated the entire way through to ensure I got it.
The best company in all of Africa and for sure to climb Kilimanjaro!

Adventure of a lifetime! I really enjoyed the hike and our amazing crew. It was the best organised trek I have ever been on. Our lead guide Hussein together with David, Erick and Valerian were super professional and supportive to all of us. All our group climbed Kilimanjaro strong and with good energy thanks to all the crew who made our time on the hike fun and adventurous. Izungo was looking after all of us in “the Palace” and made us try all yummy meals cooked by Siril. I would recommend a trip with Trek 2 Kili to anyone – Machame route is the best option and you have enough time to acclimatize and enjoy beautiful views. The 3 day Safari after Kilimanjaro was amazing –our guides Octavian and Josepha did his best to show so the spots and so many beautiful animals – we saw 4 of the Big 5!!! Hakuna matata!
