SCAM
Paid €67 – received only a bracelet part. No refund, no contact.
I placed an order with Tree of Chakras on 3 February and paid €67 via Revolut.
After weeks of waiting and multiple emails, I was repeatedly told that my order was “in transit,” later blaming delays on a warehouse fire.
When I finally requested a refund on 1 April, I received no response.
The package arrived on 17 April, but it was clearly misleading:
shipped from Belgium, not Poland,
declared value €4 instead of €67,
contained only part of a bracelet, not the product I ordered.
Since then, all contact has failed: emails bounce back, my account no longer works, and the website shows errors as if it no longer exists.
I paid in full and did not receive the product I ordered or a refund.
This appears to be dishonest and misleading business practice.
I strongly advise others to avoid this seller.
