Did not honor the BF25 discount to me prior to my order / shipment arriving when I placed the order just days prior. I do not feel that’s fair & equitable

After many decades of trying to deal with this "crooked big toe"which i now know is bunions.This device works 👍🏿 great,very good idea 💡 😀!!!

Only been using for a couple of weeks but I can say I have noticed a slight difference! I like that it's adjustable and that you can walk in it to complete whatever chores you need to finish. Company is legit. My only negative is that they try to sell you a lot of other stuff at the end of your purchase. Shipping was as expected.

I have been wearing the bunion corrector for a month now and I am starting to see and feel a difference.

Good quality product, adjusts to really fit the foot well. Gives a very powerful stretch to my big toe. Am gradually building up the amount of time I wear it and I can easily walk around wearing it.

The bunion device doesn't work as described. The toe part only pulls my toe straight up to the ceiling. It won't go back down nor side to side, like advertised.

Quick delivery. Excellent product that is already showing good results within the 1st month of use.
Highly recommended.

Treatmedy worked the order through efficiently and correctly. When ordering be very careful when you look through the cart...the buttons are very sensitive and it is easy to have more added than you planned.

I’ve had a bunion on my right foot for years slowly getting bigger. I was looking for non surgical ways to decrease it, in comes Treatmedy- I thought their approach sounded realistic so purchased the appliance. My bunion has substantially decreased— easy to wear , so I will continue.

I am so glad I bought the bunion corrector. As a teacher I spend most of my day on my feet and I made the rookie mistake of wearing shoes that were very narrow. This exacerbated my bunions and I was in agony. My big toe was overlapping the rest of my toes and this had never happened before. Thank god I came across Treatmedy and my toe has straightened a bit after just a week. I reckon after a few more weeks it will be even better. Thank you so much for the relief!!

I have osteoarthritis in my left knee. I have been using Treatmedy every day for over 30 days. This medical device has given me increased mobility and much less pain and stiffness. To have peace of mind knowing that my arthritis doesn't control me -- I am managing it without the use of medication.

I purchased the item on June 5, 2025. The item was working fine until Sept 25, 2025 when the wire part of the unit broke and became unusable. After contacting the company, I was told simply that there is a 90 day guarantee period for returns or refunds. I am quite disappointed that they would not at the very least offer a replacement unit, as I used the product for less than 4 mths. Perhaps there is a reason why the product has just a 90 day guarantee period.

I got an email reply directly from one of the Customer Experience Advisors at Treatmedy with the response on Oct 5:

"... That said, as mentioned previously, our 90-day money-back and replacement policy applies strictly within 90 days of delivery. Since your order was delivered on June 5, 2025, the coverage period ended on September 3, 2025. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a replacement or refund outside of this timeframe..."

So while I appreciate Treatmedy's response to my review through Trustpilot suggesting that I reach out to the Support Team, but my reaching out to the company before did not result in anything already.
