Perfect, Friendly, Attentive Service

To assist me with ordering and troubleshooting, I was assigned Jazzle from Treatmedy. This individual responded to my emails right away, even when I sought a refund. Jazzle helped me set up my order and place it. I was skeptical in the beginning because there are many companies who are stealing identities and scamming people. However, Jazzle assured me and sent proof that they are a reputable company.

Comfortable to wear

So far the Bunion Fix which I got for both feet are comfortable to wear. I'm currently trying to wear them for longer periods on a daily basis so that I can get to a point where I can wear them overnight for better impact.

Happy and Truly Shocked

I am so happy and truly shocked. I purchased the neck massager and have used it twice. The pulsing I was experiencing in my right ear is GONE! I’ve had an MRI, cortisone shots, PT and chiropractic care. It’s helped but did not stop the pulsing. The messages did it!! I used it on three sides of my neck. I was floored how impacted my entire right side was during the treatment. I felt it in my shoulder, jaw and ear. I’ve been complaining about tightness for YEARS. Game Changer!

I received my order right away. I’ve been using these for a week or so and are feeling the burn. I’m hoping that means it’s working. Too soon to see any changes.

The product works

The item came quickly and is very easy to use. I have to admit I don't necessary use it everyday and when I do I might only have it on for an hour or so but despite this I noticed that my foot is aligning and my hammer toe has started to go down.
I'm certain if I used it as recommended it would make a big difference shaping my foot to how it is meant to be.

Bunion Fix Corrector refund

I decided to purhase the Bunion Fix Corrector after viewing the online adverts. When it arrived I tried fitting the device and immediately I could see it wasn't going to work, coincidentally the next day I had an appointment with my Podiatrist, I asked her advice and she said it was inadequate for my bunion, and advised to return the product. Next day I returned the device by recorded delivery at my expense to the distributors address and never heard anything. I emailed Treatmedy who replied saying I were not entitled to a refund as I returned it without contacting them and I should not have returned it to the distributor. Apparently there is a clause in Returned Items section on their website stipulating NOT return the address on the received item, therefore I was told no refund was applicable!!. I am a pensioner and I foolishly believed the hype about the device helping to avoid surgery!! Treatmedy emailed me to apologise for my experience and they are now giving me the refund:- 'To make this right, we will be processing a full refund for your order'. It's now the 27th March and to date I've not received the refund I was promised by Treatmedy!!. 1st April and no refund has emerged!!.
It's now the 23rd April 2025, it appears this company never had any intention of giving me a refund. They continue to send me emails about their products,based on my experience I will not be making any further purchases!!!

Product broke after one week of use

Product broke after one week of use. Company expects me to pay for shipping on a defective product return. Tried at all costs to get me to keep. Customer service tickets expire after 48 hrs so if you’re not promt you have to start over.

DO NOT order from this company

DO NOT order from this company! They say they sent an item that I NEVER received! I emailed them and they DID NOT respond! They did take my money! Again, they offered NO help just took my money while I never received a product! BUYER BEWARE! Find an honest company!!

Treatmedy Support

I have owned my Knee Treatmedy for 2 years now and recently I could not get it to start. I emailed the support line and was pleased to get a prompt reply on some things to check such as the right charging power supply. As it turned out this resolved my issue quickly and helped me to start using it again. This product has been a game changer for me as I await surgery on my knee. It is much more manageable.

My very first email/question was answered promptly and professionally - my product arrived in packaging that was exemplary for a mail order, and each item package was the same. The product (bunion device) is extremely well made - which prompts my questioning any reviews stating poor quality, they are very well made! They are on my feet and doing exactly what they stated they would do! My experience with other companies lately has been dismal, and it was so gratifying to deal with a company that indeed marketed a quality product. Kudos. These will last a lifetime. Dishonouring their 'money back guarantee'

After I took a video of the product showing it was poorly manufactured and breaking, they offered me a 'half refund.' This is notwithstanding their website has a '90 day money back guarantee.'

This is an awful company that does not honour their commitments. Avoid at all costs.

My son ordered over $100 in the stuff for my granddaughter never received it and this was for Christmas and then they sent him a letter saying that they're going to give him his money back and guess what this is the middle of January and still never received his money do not order these products from anywhere Amazon nowhere

I have asked to return my product and to no avail. If a customer is not satisfied, it would in my opinion, be the best customer service, to answer email timely and initiate a return, not tell me differently and ignore the request. Still waiting!!

I feel I have some progress

I have been using Treatmedy bunion fix since the beginning of December. I use one for my right foot and one for my left.
I use them every day as instructed and feel my toes adjusting to the stretch. I have had bunions for a while and I know I need to be disciplined and patient.
I am glad to have the option of not having surgery.

Satisfied customer

When i checked on my order they searched and found the error I made on my email address and corrected it for me. When my product arrived it was broken, they quickly replaced my oder with a new one.
