Took a week to refund money for non-supplied item..
You declined to supply my medication (I have no complaint about that)
Why then did you charge my debit card?
I expected the pending charge to simply disappear immediately which is standard practice, as is the case when dealing with the biggest UK on-line retailer.
Why can I not find your pharmacy registration listed?

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're really sorry for any confusion around the payment process.
To clarify — when an order is placed, the payment is authorised but doesn't actually reach our account unless the prescription is accepted on our end. If we’re unable to supply the medication, we will cancel the authorisation or issue a refund (if we have already accepted the order) straight away. Depending on your bank, it can take between 3 and 5 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, though this may vary slightly.
That said, we’ll still be investigating this internally to ensure there were no unacceptable delays in processing. We want the refund process to be as smooth and stress-free as possible moving forward.
We are fully registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). You can view our pharmacy registration and more details about who we are and how we work by visiting the About Us page on our website.
