Im missing tools. I only have bed headboard and the 3 sides. And 6 poles- 3 long, 3 short. Where are the rest of its necessities to set bed up? And how fast can this be sorted? I am eager to hear your reply on fixing this problem. Please have a response today, It is unacceptable I have to chase you up for an incomplete job.

Good communication after order but did not receive any updates on delivery. The item was delivered but yet I haven’t received any updates apart from the email about feedback

The item could not fit in my car which is my fault, however I then had to organise my own delivery. Also I had to ask for help to load other item into the car.

The staff should be assisting without having to ask.

No notification on when item was to be delivered. Suddenly delivery person was at d gate. Items were left outside the door.

The packaging was totally damaged and the front of the chair had marks on it. Did try and do the insurance thing but it wouldn't go through. Tried to call but no luck. Have got photos but ended up fixing the chair at the front of it
