It was to busy schedule, guide was very professional but or friendly felt like we are on a school going trip. Bus driver was very rude and cursing ppl when we asked him to remove pram on halts.

I was really happy for chosen the travtips during my Thailand trip. Hotel and tour guide was an excellent . The only issue i had the quality of food. If travtips would have arranged the better restaurant than I would have been wonderful trip. Apart from the above mentioned I didnt face any issues. Thanks

I have been with travtips to Thailand tour and enjoyed a lot. Special thanks to Mr. Sameer and Mr. Sebin for conducting tours very well.
I would like also thank to Mr. Bosco and Mr. Sanil from travtips dubai office for the booking the tours and arranging the documents as well.

The whole experience was good especially with the locations visited. The only issue was the haphazard arrangement for one section of the group to reach Rovaniemi as many elderly people and families with small children had to board an early morning flight taking packed breakfast and then travel in a bus for 3 hours to reach the hotel whilst other section of the group where there were hardly any elderly people or small children got a direct flight to the destination saving a lot of time. It could have been arranged differently to avoid inconvenience.

Poor service by the tour manager ., didn’t give proper details about the each places and plans .
Language issues . Poor choice of hotels for stay throughout the trip .

It was memorable trip. covered East to west of USA in 10 days with out any difficulties and fun loving experience.
Last but least journey was never boring, full of entertainment with all friends and make feel like a ONE FAMILY in the bus.

There were lots issues to be taken care in the tour. Last 6 days of the tour was very hectic. In Italy we have walked kilometers and that should be avoided. Many places Hotel rooms were not good.

The trip is nice but the itinerary was not properly planned. Guide was not friendly. Hotel stay & bus are comfortable.
Overall trip was great

Masai Mara the grass land forest came as a surprise with very less trees, as we were expecting a thick jungle like our seina spring camp. The trip was well planned. Stay was comfortable. Tips on stay was well communicated. The trip co ordinators made it interesting and enjoyable as well. Friendly Communication between groups was possible because of coordinators. We would have loved to visit Nakuro to complete the seeing of big 5 and boast about it. Unfortunately Naivasha was not a big attraction as Rhino's and Flamingo's were missing. When there was good view of the rift valley we cd HV stopped for 20 min to take pics but our travel lead insisted on the next day. The next day the valley was lost in fog. Except for these 2 shortcomings the other things were well organized.Drivers were polite and accommodating and informative.
