Fast and efficient

Great deal, good customer service
This is not the first time I am booking with Travelodeal. They have got good deals and the customer service is good for the holiday booking. Agent that I dealt with - Gareth - was very attentive, talked me through all the package details and dealt with the booking quickly and efficiently. No doubt I will be a returning customer.

Really helpful advisors
Really helpful advisors. At first I was sceptical having come across this amazing deal in a newspaper, but once I’d dealt with the very helpful Hayden, it became apparent how good the deal was and how very helpful he was! I haven’t actually taken the break yet, but I’m sure it will be as good as described. I read a lot of the reviews beforehand about hidden extras, etc and the only thing I found that was added on was a £20 each service charge/booking fee which should really be highlighted beforehand (we didn’t get charged in the end, but for future), but otherwise it all sounds excellent value for money and a great itinerary. Couldn’t be more helpful 🙂

Trip to Italy
The agent we spoke with, Robert, was extremely helpful. He was attentive to what we wanted in our trip and took the time to check availability. Wherever possible, Robert gave us upgrades in hotels, even finding the second most highly rated hotel in Ragusa for us, a 4.8 star. Robert included, at no extra charge, two excursions for us. He went over all the details with great care, and was patient with us as we wanted changes to our flights. This experience has been so positive that we plan on calling Robert for all of our future travels.
