Thank you Mina Ramsies for making our dream come true. When I decided to surprise my husband to a trip to Dubai for his 45th birthday I had no idea what I need. I Google for a company to help arrange the trip for and send a message to Travelverse.com. Mina reply with all of the information and excursions that would fit out dream trip. Our conversations were clear and honest you understood what i needed and made all the changes without any problems even in the last hour changes were made to fit his needs. I truly appreciate all you and your team did treating us like royalties, getting my husband his custom made outfit, our hotels experience was outstanding, your teammate was tremendous professional they were hands down incredible. From one excursion to the next was mind blowing my husband and I had an amazing time throughout the whole time we were there from the time we were picked up from the airport to the last hour of Muhammed dropping us off was the best experience ever. Not to forget our tour guide Zen is THE BEST TOUR GUIDE EVER

Booked our family trip with Mina Ramsies from Canada to Dubai then Egypt. Mina was so helpful getting all the information I needed before, during and after our trip. He organized the whole trip excellently and we didn’t not have any issues at all. I loved staying in Egypt the most and we were assisted by Nasr Mehr very well from the airport to get visa and transfer to the hotel. He helped us in every possible way he could have. I loved our stay in a 5 star hotel right on the river Nile. He booked private tour for us with English speaking tour guide Kabir Hassan, who is a real genius, nice with very good English skills.We have been having issues with the flight schedule in Canada but Mina supported us throughout the travel.The whole team is really nice and supportive. The money well spent and I will definitely book my next trip with him too.

Once I did an Internet search i contacted Mina Ramsies and he was the person I was speaking the entire duration of our travel. He was very approachable and always accommodating in all what we wanted . very friendly and reliable person and keeps in touch as soon as he gets your message. It was our family trip to Turkey . We had 10 passengers and it was personally tailored for us. We had 5 start accommodation , transport was very comfortable , the food was great , the tour guides were lovely and English speaking . They had picked us and dropped us back at the airport . I would recommend this team to anyone .

To be honest, I did not know what to expect. I had heard of people being scammed by those pretending to be owning travel agencies so I was a bit apprehensive about the whole thing while organising it from South Africa. However, the person I was dealing with, Islam Mohamed Abdullah from Travel Verse, understood and told me to only pay 5% and that I will pay the rest upon my arrival in Cairo. That is what I did and when I landed in Cairo, I was met by Ahmed Bahaa, looking fresh and dapper in a suit despite the fact that it was about 2am. He was very friendly and helped us with everything that we neede. We were then driven to the hotel where I made the rest of the payment. Ahmed also suggested some fun activities and I chose quad biking which my son enjoyed as we had amazing time and took great pictures with the pyramids in the background. My entire trip in Egypt was amazing. There were lots to see and I would like thank everyone who was involved such as Ramy Samy, the tour guide and the driver, Saeid Harakat, who did not mind stopping at a fast food joint in the middle of the night for us to get something to eat as we were starving. Thanks to the most amazing team, keep on doing the good work.

The whole tour was expertly organised. All staff involved in the planning / prior to arrival in Mexico, were very helpful and accommodating. We were aware of any possible alterations to the tour and were assisted in arranging accommodation in a particular hotel we had long hoped to stay in (Gran Ciudad de Mexico) at a reduced price. The accommodation in Cancun (Now Emerald Hotel) was equally marvelous and ideal for a holiday. The tours too were also well arranged, the guides and drivers were always friendly and knowledgeable and there was plenty to see on such excursions to Teotihuacan, Tulum, Chichen Itza and the day cruise (party boat) on the Caribbean.

My experience with Travelverse was totally 5 star. Mansour was excellent in helping to arrange my trip and all the details involved.
Ahmed my tour guide was absolutely superb. He met me at the airport to help walk me through immigration and was helpful in everyway possible. Very knowledgeable, always on time and everyone with Travelverse were excellent. I found their prices reasonable and trust worthy. I would highly recommend Travelverse.

Mina Ramsey from Travel verse planned a holiday for us. It was a short holiday but it was planned very well which suits us nicely. Mina was in contact with us from the day the planning of the trip started until we finished the tour and came back.

Latifha who was our guide in Istanbul was wonderful. She is knowledgable, calm and caring. She took us where ever she needs to take us and made sure all our needs has been taken care.

Erkan our guide in Cappadocia was more than a tour guide. He was like a friend to us. He answered all our questions and made sure all our needs was taken care off. He was joking and made all of us comfortable through out the trip.

The only hiccup I had was the hotel which was booked in Istanbul was far from town. The hotel is very nice but since it was out of town we had difficulty to came back late in the evenings. We suggest customers could be given a choice of hotels according to their need.

Wow what an experience!! a tour that will be memorable for life! I can't thank Rawda and travel verse enough for going above and beyond organising a dream luxury 7 day itenary to Turkey. Rawda was very flexible and made changes last minute to give us the best deal. The guides in turkey specially latifeye was great! The hotels were luxury in prominent locations with breathtaking veiws. Highly recommend travel verse and Rawda as a consultant. No regrets at all!

I really can't say much because there are no words to compare the awesome services we got from travel verse. I was expecting a hitch but surprisingly NONE. Everything about our trip was perfect. From the communication with Sagar to the airport pickup to the tourism and till we got dropped off, it was 5-star all through. I will definitely use them again and again.

I booked my tour package with Travelverse.com, the tour specialist was very responsive and applied all of my customized requests, I joined an English group tour from USA and it was amazing experience, they booked for me the accommodation I at El Khoory hotel, it was very nice and service was great, my only comment that it was hard at the beginning to find my tour leader upon my arrival to Dubai Airport, but he found me.

My sister and I enjoyed a journey all through Turkey arranged by Travel Verse. They provided excellent tours, guides, transportation, and contacts. From the time of arrival to the time of departure we had the support of a representative. They were there for us 24-7 if we needed them. I was a little hesitant when booking this trip, but I took my chance and didn't regret it. Our tour consultant, Mina Ramsies was fantastic, they arranged our trip from the time I landed in Turkey til the end and had responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. I am a Travel Specialist and I worked with Yosri Abdallah, Head of Sales, Dubai, at Memphis Tours - for 10 months - to organize my group of 75 to do a tour of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Working with such a big group was challenging but Yosri and his team are experts and they made the task seamless, professional and enjoyable. My group returned home with wonderful memories and photographs to accompany their experiences. We were also blessed to have two great and compassionate tour guides (GeGe and Charlie) who went above and beyond to make sure that each and every member of my group enjoyed the time they spent on vacation. Not forgetting our 3 drivers who drove us from place to place safely. In all, it was a wonderful experience despite the pandemic. We all stayed safe and returned home in great health. Thank you!

I had a great experience while dealing with a professional, quality-driven organization and fantastic team. My booking process was super smooth. The quality of accommodation, transport and tour activities were great and absolutely suitable to my taste. I really like the palace hotels in Rajasthan.

I also enjoyed a food walk in Old Delhi accompanied by chef to explore the hidden and rare recipes of Mughals.

It was excellently done! After asking about a trip I received a phone call to discuss my likes and dislikes, what exactly my family wanted to do, the usual trip booking experience. What made this one unique was that when things became a bit demanding and complicated the agent was understanding every step of the way, we even all of our needs were met and fulfilled. Our trip was well thought out and seeing as how we were a bit demanding I know that it was customized just for us. Thank you for the wonderful experience and the care you showed while we traveled during Covid!
