Very efficient service.
I booked a mini bus through Travelsroute for my son’s wedding. Shawn was the person who arranged everything, and I have to say he was extremely helpful and efficient. I had to make a couple of amendments to the booking and Shawn organised that immediately. The mini bus was clean and comfortable and the driver was punctual, friendly and courteous. Shawn rang and checked in with me throughout the day to ensure that everything was ok. I would highly recommend Travelsroute!

We use Travelsroute to get to and from a family wedding. The price was very competitive and Shawn was very helpful. Our driver arrived promptly in both pick up and return. He was friendly and helpful. We would consider using them again should the need arise.

Great service and flexibility!
Overall a great experience with TravelsRoute. The price was competitive, and the communication with Shawn was excellent. Our driver, Gary, was very responsive and professional, and we really appreciated his flexibility in accommodating an extra stop at The Kelpies.
The only downside was the vehicle provided; the Ford felt a bit dated and had poor insulation, making wind noise loud enough to hinder conversation between passengers. Despite that, we had a positive day thanks to the great service and would recommend them.

Can't speak highly enough of this company and service so far with Shawn being so attentive to the detail. Went with this company solely based on positive reviews and I can now only assume they'll all definitely true. Contact throughout, professional, driver was early, transport nice and clean and he went over and above to accomodate us. Expert and high level service throughout..... hoping its the same on the leg back home when we return. Thanks so far guys!!

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service! The booking was simple and well explained. Shawn was fantastic throughout and kept us informed every step of the way. When it came to the journey, the driver arrived early and was very friendly and attentive. He even went and bought my Mum some water on the way. We felt safe and arrived in good time to catch our flight from Gatwick airport. It didn't stop there as Shawn messaged to make sure everything went well and wish us a happy holiday! This was a great start to our holiday!

Great help with travel.
Travelsroute were exceptional! I needed to travel to my wedding destination and then back. Shawn was exceptional in looking after our travel party. We were ferried around in style. They were always in touch to ensure that we were updated at all times regarding pick ups etc. Seamless and would highly recommend. The booking process was super easy and streamlined too.

From the point of enquiry the communication from Shawn was excellent. I got a message on the morning with the driver's number and a text to make sure he turned up on time. I then got a call making sure he had collected us on time for our return journey.

Journey to Bournemouth
Trip to Bournemouth for a day
Extremely exceptional service from travelsroute as me & my group booked to Bournemouth last month and the best part was the driver was punctual and experienced. We left around 8 am & came back around 9 pm. We had an incredible journey as we played music and enjoyed the vibe. There was no hesitation during the journey. Also they had a fully booked calendar last month but still they managed to accept our booking in the last moment. Will definitely be booking again for our next journey to wales.
