I booked a flight for myself and daughter. When trying to get our boarding passes through them they told me there was an issue with the airline and they needed to switch my flight and that i would have my new boarding passes sent to me by end of day. I called the airline they claimed to have switched it to and they had no record of either of us being on a flight out. When trying to contact the "24/7" hotline and no one answers. I spent $398 and am at a loss for words now. Complete SCAM. Please be careful!!

This is not a real travel agency! This is a scam agency. They have people working around the clock to steal money from vulnerable people. All of the positive reviews on this site and others are made from the SCAMMERS themselves, not from real people! Thankfully, we only lost $200 from the company.

Called to have a cruise reservation changed. I got an upgraded room or so I thought. Took 500.00 for the upgrade and never delivered. Called the cruise line and they said they were scammers. Avoid at all cost. They are nothing but thieves. Filed claim with my bank and contacting Michigan Attorney General office.

It was wonderful customer service. Pablo knew exactely what to do to cancel my tickets.

Es empresa me ayuda para hacerla reserva a tiempo y me da descuento también...

Compre en esta agencia en Internet pero ternine estafado me tenían que hoy mañana y así no pude viajar ya que no te dan información no tienes donde reclamar te hacen el cobro a la tarjeta y nunca resives lo acordado cuando compras un pasaje aéreo tienes la información de inmediato para acá van 5 días y nada.

Gracias travelohelp unos que otros inconvenientes pero tengo mi vuelo a mano

Travelohelp is a scam!!! They changed my flight confirmation number 5 times, canceled the flight twice and lied to us repeatedly about the reasons for the confirmation change and cancellations. We were stranded at the airport thanks to Travelohelp. I would give this company negative stars if they were available. Warning!!! Stay away from this company if you wish to have a trouble free experience!
