How could Volaris (Mexican Airline)…
How could Volaris (Mexican Airline) make me pay Airport taxes before allowing me to get my Boarding pass? According to them, my ticket which was sold by Trip.com, did not include any Airport taxes, €182!!!
Please inquire in they really werde entitled yo do so.

They had a flight to bangkok priced at £927 when i tried to book it they told me it had gone up to £1500, then they advertised the same flight at £968 when i applied for this flight they told me it was £1400 absolute rip off would never use this company cheapnsave absolute joke.

Absolutely disgusted the way I’ve been…
Absolutely disgusted the way I’ve been treated by Steve ! Don’t trust anything he says .
I booked a flight for it to cancelled 24 hours later . I had to pay another £400 for a different flight during this time I asked . If the flight was refundable and Steve said yes !
Sadly my dad’s health has deteriorated and being disabled doesn’t help .
So I’ve ask for a refund point blank no . Asked to change date or name point blank no !
Contacted customer service to be ignored , spoke to manager he told me he would get bk to me in 48 to be ignored .
