I’ve booked activities in Cairns, Darwin and now Melbourne with Travello. Kylie gives the best customer service and is always there to help. Really great website to find things to do and I’ve always found they have the best price. I’ll keep using Travello for all of my trips.

Just booked a tour to the Whitsundays. Super easy with really helpful customer service. Price was below other sites I had seen after researching.

Finding the website and booking for this trip was easy on this website. The staff were helpful and friendly and was one of the highlights of our holiday from England

We booked a Noosa Everglades tour with Travello. Easy to navigate website, friendly service. Excellent trip on the river, Everglades beautiful. All round great experience.

We booked the everglades trip and found and used the Web site easily. The experience was really good, the guide was very helpful and informative and the drinks included in the price.

Poor customer service, it started with an incorrectly stated price for NZ$, which then referred to AUS$ (higher price), then the promised $100 AUS cash back was not received, and the arranging of a Costa Rica tour, where little was on offer apart from bad accommodation and. transport in a cramped minibus. In some cases we had to pay extra for buses or shared taxis. Very expensive excursions and hardly any opportunity to do anything on your own initiative. Food: We were taken to restaurants as a group (paying for ourselves) and there was often no alternative finding a restaurant individually that suited our own needs. The tour guide was good though

Sehr teure Ausflüge und kaum Gelegenheit, etwas auf eigene Initiative zu unternehmen.Verpflegung: Wir wurden als Gruppe in Restaurants (Selbst Bezahlung) geführt und oft gab es keine Alternative, um individuell den eigenen Bedürfnissen entsprechend ein Restaurant zu finden. Tour operators approved our cancellation due to the weather closing the roads to our destination and told us to contact Travello for our refund. Travello made it far too difficult to obtain this refund, although we did get there in the end. I would be hesitant to book anything with them again, I would use Travello to brainstorm ideas of things to do and then always opt to just book directly with the operator, paying the extra $20 would have been worth it.

We recently went on a Full Day Yarra Valley wine tour booked through Travello and operated by Rick's and it was hands down the best wine tour we've been on. Small group of 7 of us, all the wineries were beautiful venues to stop and taste the wine and the lunch included was fantastic. Our tour guide Bernie was super knowledgeable and friendly and really went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day! Booking through Travello was easy and the customer service was impeccable. Highly recommend!

I did a booking on line, and once done, I realise that it was not exactly what I wanted. I called Travello and was lucky to get Kyles to assist me by canceling my booking and finding a much more appropriate tour for me. Did the changes and emailed me all I needed. I booked through Backpacker Deals to visit the koala sanctuary in Brisbane and it was so easy.
I just booked online, turned up to the sanctuary, told them I booked through Backpacker Deals and they had my name on a special list for me to go on through.
Made me feel like a VIP!

Great company to book tours through - we had a 6 week east coast Aussie tour booked and we needed to change some details on our trip and the support staff got back to me quickly - no waiting on hold and got to speak with an experienced Aussie travel agent who sorted out our issue ASAP

Booked the Annual Boy Snow trip using Travello. Epic trip. Super easy and stress free experience. Will be using it again in years to come.

Travello are scammers!

Do not give a single cent to Travello for travel experiences, they are blatant scammers.

I gave my partner a $500 Travello gift card for her trip to Fiji.

She booked an island cruise, the $420 was taken and not only did she not get a hotel transfer to the cruise she was also told upon arrival the cruise was full and she could not get on.

Travello then had the nerve to ghost our messages and emails and completely avoid giving a refund.
