Jordan's attention was very good and patient.

I spoke with Kerri Ann several times trying to organize some tours/activities on the east coast and had the best experience! She called to follow up and when it was easier to chat on the phone and was so helpful and great at resolving some tech issues I had! She made the process quick and easy and accepted all of my 100 follow up questions! Thanks much :)

Frank was an absolute star with booking everything for us. I had a million questions for him about every tour that we booked and he was very patient and made sure to book the best one for us. He was quick to respond and very informative. This company is definitely the cheapest to book tours through, and Frank provided an excellent service and is a credit to the team.

We booked a tour for Rainbow Beach surfing, and it got cancelled because the sand road that the tour is on, is damaged because of the cyclone Alfred.

We can't get a refund, only store credit, because we didn't buy the "feel safe", and therefore can't get our money back, and we're leaving the country in a couple days. But the thing is, that the option wasn't even there to purchase it. The customer service was not helpfull aswell.

So the fact that the tour wasn't taken down, and the "feel safe" option wasn't an option is a crazy scam. To lure people in like that, and keep a hold of their money. Disgrace.

We had a booking that was impacted by the weather in qld and couldn't fault the staff who were very helpful and listened to our concerns. Even though our tours were for another state we couldn't get there due to being in Brisbane. The team and specifically Alan were patient and contacted the supplier for us and got us credit for when we can go again. Thanks travello and Alan.

A week ago I had contact with someone (forgot his name) and he said someone would get in contact with me for info about hiring cars and tours etc. Until now I haven’t heard anything, it’s okay tho.

Today I had a convo with Tharis and she’s an absolute legend. I had a lot of questions and she helped me out so much. She knows a lot about traveling as well and even had tips if I wanted to go to Darwin or somewhere else. So many thanks to Tharis.

The Travello app is nice to use. You can earn credits everyday so you get discounts on tours.

Great experience coming to Travello in Cairns. Jordan the nice guy told us everything about the reef, and what options there were.
We were planning to go north of Cairns first and Jordan also helped us looking for special spots to visit along the way.
Overall, a really nice and helpful visit. Definitely recommend.

Our 3-day, 4-night Uluru tour was a great success! Alex led the tour in a well-organized manner and took the time to explain everything slowly for those of us who weren’t fluent in English. Also, Alex is incredibly handsome! If we ever take another tour, we would definitely want Alex as our guide again. This was the first trip I took with my sister and younger sibling, and thanks to Alex, we created wonderful memories. Thank you so much, Alex! You're the best!

Kerri-ann and Kylie C (travello) have been so kind to help with recommendations for both Australia and our New Zealand trips! I mistakenly booked the wrong date for our Barrier Reef tour, and Kerri-ann was able to get it resolved for me! We have booked a snorkelling tour at the Great Barrier Reef and both Jesse Kerri-Ann at Travello have been amazing. They made sure I got all of the right info, offered alternatives and when I tried to pay but couldn’t online, Kerri-Ann did it all for me and made paying easy. Would highly recommend using Travello for your holiday plans!!

Due to the cyclone we sadly couldn't do the rest of our planned road trip with the tours we booked which was gutting however we spoke to tharis and she made some great suggestions and recommendations. Thankyou to tharis and the team at trevello, we couldn't recommend tharis enough!
