Clear communication with no delays

Clear communication with no delays. A bit frustrating to get a different price every time, and different prices through different channels - but ultimately got a quote I was happy with. Of course, the real test of good insurance is how they deal with a claim, which one can't know at the time of purchase - and I hope not to have to test that.

I can of course appreciate the frustration that premiums alter across different channels however, we must ensure that we remain competitive and therefore our prices are subject to variation.

Easy to book over phone

Easy to book over phone. Price good for medical conditions. Communication is good . Booked with travel saver for our last holiday too . Highly recommended.
