This is a scam website working in conjunction with TRAVEL SMART TRAVEL FAST as well as others such as Travel Group JS. I stupidly bought a TDAC visa for entry into Thailand and paid them 122GBP and now they are popping up on my account taking $49.99 dollars twice in 2 months. Now I have noticed I have stopped the card and any future payments and its in the hands of the fraud team at my bank.

If their was an option for zero stars then this company would get it. Not only did they charge me for what i later found to be a free arrival card for Thailand, they continued to charge my credit card monthly. Scam company so all stay away, DO NOT USE!

This company is scam. We all should go to forum and put them behind bars. They took $230.65 from my account without authorization and I have lodged dispute with my banker. Hopefully others will realise that they are scammers

This company scammed me out of several hundred dollars after I made application for a 60 day Thailand visitors visa. Two fraudulent withdrawals on my Visa card before I realised I'd been scammed.
Thought I was using them to assist with an online travel visa for Thailand at the beginning of March 2026. Was comfortable with a one-off payment but then additional payments have taken place, it is treating this like a subscription. THIS IS FRAUD. DO NOT USE.
I purchased a one off visa for Thailand, but now this company keeps debiting me monthly. I have emailed them and tried to call but no reply. I have contacted my bank to intervene and contact fraud.

I travelled to Thailand recently and forgot to do my Thai Digital Entry Card (TDAC) so I did it online in the immigration. queue.
I didn't know if there as a charge or not.
Online it said the cost was $59. The charge came through at $115. Four days later, aother charge of $73 was milked from my account.
I've had to but my card on hold until their thieving can be stopped.
What I'd give for 3 minutes in a dark alley with people like this!! And I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking this.
They charged my bank 179 +49 I never signed up for none of this i.went to Aruba once.. all I needed was a past to enter Aruba never got a receipt but a bill on my debit card for 179.. what the hell is this place...they scammed me..never received a receipt or anything.. I've reached out so many times through whatsapp and message no response.. they then went back and charged me 49.99..this company is a scam.
