Wat een schandalig bedrijf. Een flexible ticket maar als je wat wilt wijzigen, moet je gewoon een nieuw ticket kopen. Klantenservice is ook ruk. Sturen alleen maar copy past stukken. Tijd om de rechtsbijstand in te schakelen. Advies doe nooooit zaken met dit bedrijf!

À fuire !! Remboursement impossible à avoir j’ai du attendre plusieurs mois avant de les menacer de faire un litige pour qu’ils me remboursent enfin.
Il y’a eu 36 (TRENTE SIX) échanges de mails sur plusieurs mois toujours la même réponses à savoir « la demande est en cours de traitement ».

Zéro transparence et les conditions de remboursements sont flous en plus d’avoir des frais extrêmement cher. Un site d’arnaque.

We hebben tickets geboekt en deze zouden binnen 24 uur gestuurd worden maar na 2 dagen wachten nog niets geleverd. Contact gaat zeer moeizaam via chatbot en telkens zeggen ze dat het binnen 24 uur opgelost zal zijn maar niet dus. Heb nu maar de bestelling geannuleerd en hoop dat ik nog ooit mijn geld terugkrijg!

Na lang aandringen toch nog tickets ontvangen. Hopelijk gaat nu alles goed en komen we op het vliegveld niet voor verrassingen te staan.

I booked a flight from a small town in Argentina to Buenos Aires. The flight was cancelled a few days before the scheduled departure. Travelfrom then offered me an alternative flight *five* (!) days later, effectively abandoning me completely in the middle of nowhere, in a country I had never visited before. However, Travelfrom continued selling a flight on the same route and with the same airline much closer to my scheduled departure date. I asked to be rebooked on that flight, but Travelfrom refused to do so unless I paid an additional amount.

Travelfrom also offered me a refund instead of rebooking me. I then proceeded to book a flight directly with the airline, and decided to take the refund.

However, Travelfrom never reimbursed me for the cancelled flight, despite their initial offer to do so. They said that they would only compensate me if the airline agreed to compensate them. Travelfrom implausibly claimed that they do not sell flights at all, but that the cost I had paid them was for "mediation services" (after which the airline had apparently given me a ticket entirely for free).

Of course, this is grotesque nonsense: in reality, passengers pay for flight tickets through Travelfrom. Needless to say, I had never paid a penny to the airline for the ticket - I had only paid Travelfrom. Travelfrom's "mediation" is nothing more than re-selling tickets.

In the end, I received my money back from my creditcard company. I would strongly encourage all similarly affected passengers not to wait for reimbursement from Travelfrom. The only way to stop Travelfrom's deceitful practices is to claim the cost of your cancelled flight back from your bank or your creditcard company, who do not accept the pretext that Travelfrom is a mere "mediator".

But better still, do not book through Travelfrom in the first place!

UPDATE

After I posted a critical review on Trustpilot, Travelfrom suddenly announced that, upon further consideration, I would receive a refund for the canceled flight. However, I had already received a refund through my creditcard company.

As far as I'm concerned, this new step only confirms Travelfrom's scandalous mentality, aimed at circumventing consumer law. Apparently, the argument that Travelfrom was merely an "intermediary" is suddenly no longer relevant.l when it comes to preventing negative publicity.

I now have my money back, but other customers remain victims of Travelfrom's unlawful policy regarding compensation after cancellations. This desperate step does nothing to change that.

If Travelfrom does not immediately refund you for a cancelled flight, I would strongly recommend to claim your money back from your creditcard company. That is the only way to stop this sort of dodgy businesses.

J’ai déjà écrit un avis sur le Travelfrom.fr mais la situation est de pire en pire, nous avons des gros problèmes avec les bagages attention ce site est une grosse arnaque.
Je vous invite à allez voir mon avis au quelles on me répond qu’ils ont trouvé une solution BIEN ÉVIDEMMENT c’est faux le service client me dit l’inverse !
Ne faites pas la même erreur que moi allez voir sur un autre site l’as vous allez perdre votre argent sans même la garantie de partir en vacances.

I am compelled to update this review because the situation is not improving: despite the time passed, the follow-ups, and the fact that the cancellation was due to THEIR MISTAKE, Travelfrom has absolutely refunded nothing at all.
The significant amount has been owed to us for months. Their only communication is a series of hollow responses claiming the "file is in process," a clear tactic to stall for time. They refuse to issue the refund we are entitled to.
I am astonished by this level of irresponsibility and contempt for their customers. I reiterate my strongest warning: do not, under any circumstances, purchase your tickets through this platform. Should an issue arise, expect complete radio silence and a straightforward refusal to take responsibility for their faults. Zero refund received to date.

Il y a 4 jours j'ai réservé un voyage de 2 semaines en Thaïlande pour 3 passagers. 1er problème, Je n'ai pas trouvé lors de ma réservation comment ajouter un bagage en soute, et je n'ai toujours aucune réponse malgré des contacts en chat, et plusieurs mails, ne parlons pas du téléphone où ils sont totalement injoignables. 2ème problème, les cartes d'embarquement fournies, option que je pensais avoir payé mais NON, et j'attends toujours une solution. TRES DECUE PAR CETTE ABSENCE DE REACTIVITE !!!

Overbooking encubierto y evasión de responsabilidades. Comprado un billete confirmado, pero al hacer el check-in El mismo llevó en lista de espera (SBY). Esto significa que TravelForm vendió billetes por encima de la capacidad real del vuelo. A pesar de la aportación de pruebas claras, no se ha concedido ni reembolso ni compensación. Una gestión inaceptable y poco ética. No recomendaría esta empresa a ningún viajero que valore su tiempo, su dinero o su tranquilidad.

Compré el ticket con mucho pánico, aclaro que es una empresa que existe, una estafa, como he leído por ahí, es otra cosa.
Es verdad que el sistema un bastante poco convencional, pero siempre hubo respuestas del servicio al cliente, Gracias!

Reservé un vuelo a través de TravelForm y, pese a haber pagado un billete confirmado, mi tarjeta de embarque fue emitida en condición standby. Es decir, mi asiento no estaba garantizado. Ni la aerolínea ni la agencia quisieron asumir responsabilidad, y TravelForm se limitó a decir que “todo era correcto”.
Tuve que buscar una alternativa urgente para no perder mi conexión internacional, con un coste adicional y sin ningún tipo de compensación.
Una experiencia frustrante y muy poco profesional. No volveré a reservar con ellos.

Scam, now client service, now personal space online (the website dont work for your perosnanal/account space). They play with word. Everything is here to trap you and make you pay. You will even have to get boarding pass in the airport like it will be mandatory or you will need to pay ...

J’ai réservé un billet via Travel Form et je déconseille fortement cette agence.

Impossible d’obtenir une facture ou un billet détaillé mentionnant le prix réel des taxes aéroportuaires.

Lors de l’annulation, ils prétendent que les taxes ne dépassent pas 30 €, sans fournir aucune preuve, alors que la loi (article L.224-66 du Code de la consommation) impose un remboursement intégral des taxes, avec des frais de traitement plafonnés à 20 €.

Leur service client refuse de coopérer et ne respecte pas la réglementation.

J’ai dû ouvrir un litige via PayPal et envisager une action judiciaire pour faire valoir mes droits.

⚠️ Méfiance : transparence inexistante et pratiques très douteuses.

J’ai réservé un vol avec TravelFrom en me trompant de destination. Moins d’une heure après la réservation, je les appelle : on me dit au téléphone que je peux être remboursé si j’envoie un mail rapidement.

Je fais le mail immédiatement. Aucune réponse pendant 4-5 jours, puis ils me baladent pour au final m’annoncer que les frais d’annulation sont supérieurs au prix du billet, donc pas de remboursement.

Pire encore : la veille du départ, impossible de m’enregistrer sur le site de la compagnie aérienne (Volotea) car le code de réservation fourni n’était même pas reconnu.
Résultat : je dois aller au guichet à l’aéroport pour prouver que j’ai un vol afin d’avoir mon billet et ma place.

TravelFrom n’est qu’un site de revente opaque, sans aucun suivi ni service client sérieux.
Ce sont des menteurs et des irresponsables, à fuir absolument.

❌ Je déconseille fortement ce site. Réservez toujours directement auprès des compagnies.

🚨 BEWARE of Travelfrom.es (TTN Holding) 🚨

I booked a round-trip flight to Ushuaia through Travelfrom.es, and the experience turned into a series of omissions and mistakes on the agency’s part:

They failed to notify me in time about an airport change.

Even though I made it to the new airport, the airline had already canceled my seat.

As a result, I missed both the outbound and return flights.

I submitted proof of extra expenses and requested a full refund.

How did Travelfrom respond? By telling me to handle the refund directly with the airlines (JetSMART and Aerolíneas Argentinas), even though my contract was with them.

Worse: they falsely implied — without any evidence — that I changed my email address, using that as an excuse for not contacting me properly. I demanded proof, but none was provided.

I have already filed complaints with consumer protection agencies in both Mexico and Argentina (PROFECO, Defensa del Consumidor, etc.) and will continue to pursue all legal and public channels until I receive the full refund.

If you're considering using an online travel agency, stay away from Travelfrom.es / TTN Holding. Their support is unaccountable, inconsistent, and each message comes from a different agent unfamiliar with the case.

Help spread the word so no one else has to go through this.

🚨 CUIDADO con Travelfrom.es (TTN Holding) 🚨

Contraté un vuelo redondo a Ushuaia a través de Travelfrom.es, y la experiencia fue una cadena de omisiones y errores por parte de la agencia:

No me informaron a tiempo que el aeropuerto de salida había cambiado.

Aunque logré llegar a tiempo, la aerolínea ya había cancelado mi lugar.

No pude abordar ni el vuelo de ida, ni el de regreso.

Documenté los gastos adicionales y solicité el reembolso completo.

¿La respuesta de Travelfrom? Derivarme a contactar yo directamente a las aerolíneas (JetSMART y Aerolíneas Argentinas), pese a que el contrato fue con ellos.

Peor aún: insinuaron sin pruebas que yo cambié mi correo electrónico, usándolo como justificación para su falla. Exigí pruebas, nunca las presentaron.

Ya he iniciado quejas ante organismos oficiales en México y Argentina (PROFECO, Defensa del Consumidor, ENACOM, etc.) y continuaré hasta que se me reembolse lo correspondiente.

Si vas a reservar con agencias online, evita Travelfrom.es y TTN Holding. No se hacen responsables, no tienen soporte local, y cada mensaje lo responde una persona distinta sin conocer el caso.

Comparte para que a nadie más le pase lo mismo.

Después de averiguar que ha pasado con mi vuelo a Paris para el próximo domingo 1 de junio de 2025 he llamado a las aerolíneas. El vuelo de ida es con iberia y me dicen que mi billete no existe, sin embargo el vuelo de regreso es con Transavia y si existe, le pedí a la agente de la compañía que me envíe la reserva la cual costó 58€.. entiendo que el billete de ida no lo compraron ya que no existe. Entonces se han embolsado 217€ del total que pagué por el viaje que fueron 275 en total.
Unos auténticos estafadores.
Lo raro es que utilicé el buscador de SKYSCANNER el cual he utilizado muchas veces para viajar y a la hora de pagar ya fui confiada..ni miré quién era la agencia...lo más terrible de todo es que SKYSCANNER los recomienda como primeros en la lista por las buenas reviews que tienen en internet 🙀🙈...el mundo al revés 🙃
Pondré Denuncia tanto a TRAVELFROM como a SKYSCANNER por estúpidos.

Ik heb tickets geboekt (voor meer dan 5500 euro) om met ons gezin met de kerstdagen naar Mexico te vliegen via Travelfrom. Omdat de datum ons bij nader inzien niet helemaal goed uitkwam heb ik via de website een aanvraag ingediend voor 'Ticket terugkrijgen', met het idee dat dit een aanvraag is en er communicatie zal plaatsvinden over de verdere verloop van dit proces.

In de mail na de aanvraag stond deze tekst:

'Houdt er rekening mee dat het ticket na overeenstemming met de luchtvaartmaatschappij geannuleerd wordt en na uw instemming met de restitutievoorwaarden van de ticket en de betaling van de heffing voor het verlenen van de consultancy diensten. Tot die tijd blijven de tickets geldig zonder wijzigingen.

Dit lijkt mij duidelijk: eerst moet er instemming van ons plaatsvinden voor annulering en restitutie, tot die tijd zijn de tickets geldig.

Onze aanvraag vond plaats op 2 september, daarna hebben wij diverse keren telefonisch contact gezocht en mails verstuurd voor updates, Eerst werd medegedeeld dat we binnen een maand iets zouden horen-dat de aanvraag bij British Airways ligt-de vliegmaatschappij. Nadat deze maand voorbij was werd die periode ineens 1-3 maanden. We ontvingen vandaag (29 oktober) een reactie per email dat de tickets zijn geannuleerd en we nog zullen horen welk bedrag gerestitueerd gaat worden.
Dit is totaal niet wat er in eerste instantie gemaild is en wij willen natuurlijk eerst overleg over het bedrag van restitutie om dan te beslissen of we akkoord gaan met annulering van de tickets.

Na diverse telefonische contact momenten met Travelfrom kom ik geen steek verder en heb ik British Aiways gebeld. Zij kunnen zien dat Travelfrom nog helemaal geen contact met hen heeft opgenomen en dat de tickets ook niet zijn geannuleerd! Alleen kunnen zij verder niets ondernemen.

Travelfrom liegt dus en is waarschijnlijk van plan het bedrag van onze tickets doodleuk in hun eigen zak te steken.
Ik krijg elke keer iemand aan de telefoon die enorm vaag blijft en zegt een onderzoek te starten maar ik ontvang vervolgens alleen maar vage mailtjes met teksten als: 'we zijn bezig met jouw aanvraag maar hebben helaas nu niet meer informatie.'
Wat een ongelofelijke rotmaatschappij.
Het vreemde is dat ze via Skyscanner een goede rating hebben terwijl uit de reviews op trustpilot blijkt hoe slecht en louche hun werkwijze is.
Mijn laatste gesprek was met medewerkster Oksana, graag ontvang ik vandaag (zoals toegezegd) een update.

Ik eis hierbij nogmaals mijn tickets of het bedrag ervan (totaal) terug.

Ik was een beetje wantrouwig na het lezen van de reviews. Maar Travelfrom was ook de enige die me enigszins betaalbare tickets naar de VS aanbood. Toch geboekt, dus.

De mails en bevestigingen zijn duidelijk vertaald via Google Translate en soms is de vertaling ook vergeten. Dat deed wat vreemd aan.

Maar ik kreeg direct al mijn tickets toegestuurd. Werd daarna ook keurig op de hoogte gehouden van een wijziging in vluchttijd. En op de dag voor vertrek kon ik gewoon online inchecken via de vliegmaatschappij.

Dus: communicatie kan iets beter, maar zeker tevreden over mijn ervaring.

He habido un cambio de horario en mi vuelo. Debía confirmar mi decisión a través de la web. La verdad es que no me aclaro mucho con la informática. He enviado un correo electrónico pues tenía un problema para acceder a mi cuenta y posteriormente confirmar la nueva reserva. Marta ha contestado muy rápido mi mensaje y me ha ayudado de manera muy eficiente. Gracias Marta.
