The agent who booked our holiday was very knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful .
The hotel was excellent ,our rooms very pleasant ,the whole place spotless and the breakfast choices was amazing .

What made the experience great was the wonderful lady that dealt with us. Polite, pleasant, knowledgeable a joy to deal with. She made the whole process seem easy, listened and provided exactly what we needed.

Sean and the team were brilliant in arranging our holiday. Previously we've always booked the flights and hotel ourselves but this time left it to the experts. Fab experience from start to finish. Beautiful hotel recommendation which we have since shared with others asking for our views. Lots of communication on the holiday planning, travel arrangements and reminders such as to print boarding passes in advance for heading back to the UK from Marrakesh.

Fantastic service from Karen throughout the whole booking process. She was able to make changes as required when national events happened. Have already used her for another trip and will continue to use her again for future bookings.
