I requested certain Stipulations when I booked.The Stipulations where not meet. Then I contacted ABTA. Then arbitration.( £150 cost ). I won, then travel agent appealed against the decision. Arbitrator ruled in my favour for a second time. . ABTA had to force them to make payment. 14 months of grief. Owner thinks he’s some sort of back street solicitor. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. AVIOD.

We are sorry to hear that you remain disappointed with your holiday experience. As you note, this matter was reviewed through the independent ABTA Arbitration Scheme, which is designed to resolve disputes fairly and impartially.
The issue related to a customer request regarding room facilities, which unfortunately could not be met on arrival due to hotel allocation constraints beyond our direct control. We are only a travel agent who assisted the booking but it was the hotel that did not make that allocation to your booking in line with the price range of your booking. It was not a guranteed ac roo booking. We did, as you are aware made many request on your behalf to the hotel but it was subject to availability. The arbitration process has now concluded.
Travelfinders has been operating for over 40years and takes great care to provide accurate information at the time of booking and to manage customer expectations transparently. Where specific facilities are essential, we always recommend selecting accommodation where such features are explicitly guaranteed in writing.
We regret that this experience did not meet expectations and wish the customer well going forward. You should have received your part refund.

Found Jo very welcoming. Jo took the time and effort to help me find what i needed for my holiday. Never once did she try to sell me anything. Just helped me through the process. Took the nerves away

Jana at Travelfinders Ceylon
Was planning a trip for friends who are going to SL for the first time. Jana from travelfinders celon was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They offered a value for money 5 * package that outbeat all available online travel and tour platforms. This is why one needs a personalised travel agent. They also offer a 24 hour personalised concierge service for all their clients on tour. I strongly recommend anyone travelling to contact them. They have offices in UK and Sri Lanka.

Had the most incredible holiday
Had the most incredible holiday. Just go back. We went to St Lucia for 10 days and it was one of the best holidays of my life. It was booked through Dagenham Travel who helped make it so easy for us.
