Quick, efficient, responsive
Everything was super speedy, from setting up the appointment, to the appointment itself, to getting treatment. Everything was seamless and quick which is exactly what you want when you’re traveling and feeling sick. The team and Dr Rossi were super responsive after the appointment and worked hard to make sure I got my medicine.

Quick resolution to my minor asthma
I had a minor case of asthma while travelling in Buenos Aires. I received a prompt consultation. The doctor spoke excellent English and was very friendly. He clearly explained how to get a prescription for an inhaler fulfilled here. I was very satisfied with this experience.

I visited Dr Rossi after recently…
I visited Dr Rossi after recently arriving in Spain with limited Spanish to treat an eye infection. Dr Rossi made himself available promptly and asked thorough questions during the consultation to identify and resolve my issue which made me feel cared for and respected - a refreshing experience. Further, I required a doctor's certificate for health insurance purposes which was provided for efficiently within the day of my request. Dr Rossi is professional, attentive and caring. I highly recommend his services.

Although I speak some Spanish, Dr Rossi has excellent English. He took a medical history, recognised my symptoms and prescribed the necessary treatment. Overall, the service was quick, expert and professional.

Great service I discovered by chance…
Great service I discovered by chance while in need of an antibiotic after getting sick while away on a trip. Dr Rossi was excellent and the prescription was sent to my phone with a QR code which could be used at a pharmacy.
