Great customer service!
Great turnaround time. Our bookings were made last minute but the team ensured that they attended to our requests as quickly as possible and attended to it until it was done. Great communication, Mpho and Lucille always kept in touch, we never needed to do any followups on anything.

I had used this services last year for accommodation and it was last minute thing but The travel group came through for us. The people are friendly and efficient. This year when the person who was helping me left the company, they made sure to introduce us to a new person and we even made in person lunch meeting as she was explaining all the service. her name is Amanda Mthunzi
