Our travel agent, Michael Cory-Toussaint, was terrific throughout the arranging and managing of our complex and evolving international travel itinerary. Michael was professional, friendly, prompt with communications, good at problem solving, empathetic, and quick to spot potential issues by his having a keen eye for detail. We recommend Michael most highly.

During these difficult times (Covid, etc) for travel consultants, Megan Elliot has proven to be extremely efficient, helpful and has a calm disposition. You couldn't ask for more.

Jane Hudson saved us from disaster. I am diligent in keeping our passports up to date and usually book our travels myself. Fortunately this time I went to a travel agent and thankfully that travel agent was Jane.
Jane picked up that my resident visa has a travel restriction on it that has expired. Without that, we would have missed our holiday and lost thousands of dollars!! Jane stayed calm and advised us on what to do and how to remedy the situation - her years of experience as a travel agent are evident.

Right from the start I was so relieved I decided to go with Jane she made everything easy and smooth. When we ran into difficulties (covid) Jane was amazing keeping in contact making sure we were doing ok sorting flight changes if needed. Having a Travel agent who went the extra mile made the trip even with the stress of catching covid a breeze.

Have dealt with Jane for a couple of years now. I’ve always found her to be friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. She will seek out the best deals and options available for flights accomodation and destinations. She has remained positive and cheerful during the Pandemic which has been a very difficult time for the tourism industry. We have just returned back from a trip to Rarotonga and Aitutaki. We used Karla Cavanagh from Streeter and Turner Travel Associates, Merivale, Christchurch.

Karla made the organising of this trip very easy given the current covid environment. Karla kept us up to date with all the travel requirements required to enter Rarotonga, Aitutaki and to return back to New Zealand.

We gave Karla a loose idea of what we wanted to do and she came up with an amazing itinerary that ticked all of our boxes. Not only is Karla a dream to work with she is very responsive and answered any questions I had. I will be getting in touch with Karla again to plan our next trip. 10/10 service!
