Jane Hudson always delivers and knows our needs when travelling

Jane Hudson arranged our recent trip to Melbourne, followed by a 16 night cruise on Quantum of the Seas from Brisbane to Hawaii.
We can always count on Jane to do an excellent job which makes it an excellent experience for us.
We have recommended & will continue to recommend Jane to our friends & family.

Michael is professional but always so welcoming and friendly. He makes the journey of planning a breeze. He goes out of his way even if I have further questions after my flights have been booked. I needed assistance in applying for my US visa online and Kelly Streeter of Travel Associates in Merivale, Christchurch has happily helped me with it last Wednesday, the 19th of April. My application has been approved the next day.
Kelly is also helping me apply for my Canadian visa online tomorrow.

Megan organised a quick short trip for us to see our daughter she planned flights that offered us the most time possible easy transfers between international and domestic. Due to mechanical issues we missed our connecting flights Qantas dealt with that kept us well informed and had us booked on new flights with minimal time lost.

Jane was knowledgeable with flight connections. I felt confident in planning this trip as it was out of my comfort zone. I would like to feed back specific information on Mexico and Belize with Jane so she can advise other customers she replied instantly on an issue we were having, which was reassuring.

Service and efficiency and friendly in a professional manner. Every time I contact Tanya she is amazing. I always hear back from her within one day no matter what the query. I cannot fault any of her work.

Michael was amazing. He accomodated our flights to meet our specific needs and he went above and beyond in dealing with the airline when they made some changes to our original flights so we wouldn't have to do any extra travel. Will come back again!

Tanya is amazing to deal with, we had an amazing trip and everything was so well organised. Tanya kept us informed at all times.

Tanya give us excellent and personal service for our recent trip. She provided knowledgeable, efficient and helpful advice which enabled us to relax and enjoy the whole process from initial enquiry to return to NZ with our sanity intact.

The three separate places of accommodation that Jane chose for us were all pretty much perfect for our requirements. We couldn't have expected any more from our flights nor car rental either.

There have been ongoing issues since 2020 about our flights to India - covid forced repeated postponement, and then in Nov 2022 my daughter's health led to the cancellation of her trip at the last minute. Polly was very helpful throughout, working with us on the changes to dates, and obtaining a credit for unused tickets from SIA. Always attentive via emails and phone calls. Very very satisfactory service and care...Thank you Polly!

We had a cancelled river cruise midway through our holiday to the US Natasha & Michael worked on a plan b & had it all sorted the same day New cruise Flights and accommodation booked

Tanya was exceptional from the booking process, answering any questions I had, super fast at responding, & very onto it when it came to flight delays/cancellation. She went above & beyond. Everything was so easy, I won’t hesitate to book with her again in the future!

I just thought I would take the time to write a review in regards to the absolutely amazing support both myself and my brother received from the lovely Rindie

Late last year both myself and my brother sought help from Rindie in booking flights to go and visit family in the UK.
As my brother is a nervous flyer we had quite a few request such as window seats, short layovers where possible and affordability and Rindie was very understanding of our needs and provided us with a couple of options to choose from which suited us best.

By taking a warm, empathetic and genuine approach to helping us- Rindie really helped in easing the stressful process and also in helping my brother feel more confident and less anxious on our journey.

On our flight home- we unfortunately ran into a flight delay due to a minor technical issue on our airline. At first we were very stressed out to hear this as it meant we would miss our layover but to my surprise we received a message from Rindie to check we were both okay and to ensure
Us that our airline would take care of us and ensure we are looked after and provided for in terms of a hotel and food.

Getting this message from Rindie was the icing on the cake because it made a very upsetting and stressful experience a calm and collected one which is amazing.

I have never met someone so kind and dedicated to their role as Rindie before, but I am so glad we sought help from her and definately will do so in the future.

To travel associates New Zealand - thank you so much for hiring Rindie - you’ve made an awesome choice there.
