After 40 combined years between them in corporate roles with likes of Cognizant, Microsoft, Deloitte, Tech M, Westpac, we were left with asking a question if this was the peak? If this is what we were meant to do. So we built a different path, and now we help others do the same. Our methodology is built on one principle: whatever you focus on becomes your reality. Shilpa is a 3x TEDx speaker, bestselling author of Play It Full, and a former member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Kapil leads the business alongside her, drawing on decades of senior leadership experience in the corporate world and the hard-won lessons of rebuilding a career from the ground up. Together they've spent years since 2018 coaching professionals who've built their careers to step into visibility, ownership, and momentum. Whether through our program, live events, or one-to-one coaching, our work is about the same thing: helping you stop playing small and start playing full.
