I worked with Transcend for over a year and then the stuff went down in December that really pissed me off. I wanted to see what they would do. They offered me a refund but all I wanted was my refills. I had to fill out a form first but everything is back on track for me so I figured I would help them out because they changed my life.

I’ve been a patient with this TRT company for a few years, and unfortunately things have completely fallen apart recently.

Communication has become a major issue. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times through the app and have gotten little to no response. When you’re dealing with something as important as hormone therapy, that kind of lack of communication is unacceptable.

They also recently changed providers/doctors, and since then everything has been disorganized and confusing. There’s been no clear guidance or consistency in care, and it feels like patients have been left in the dark.

The most frustrating part is that I was allowed to run out of my medication due to their lack of responsiveness. That should never happen with ongoing treatment like this.

On top of that, there have been unexpected or poorly explained fees for doctor visits and lab work that were never clearly communicated upfront.

I used to trust this company, but based on my recent experience, I can’t recommend them. They seriously need to improve their communication, organization, and transparency.

DO NOT go with this company. They started out fine but as time progressed their customer service went from decent to terrible. They would not get back to me for refills and most of the time would be extremely late on getting me my prescriptions. This would take countless emails and phones calls with them saying they will let me know, only to never. They are quick to send an invoice but then lag on getting back to you. This company is a scam and I’m still going back and forth with them to get refunded for prescriptions I never received. Once again DO NOT go with them for your care.

Company is garbage, attempted to use them for last 2 years. Every time its been a issue. Either ghosting me when i had scheduled doctor phone appointments or filling my meds. I forked over $800 one round for some bogus peptides that were worthless. After being 2 weeks late, half my prescription showed up. I ran out after 10 days and had to wait 2 additional weeks to get the rest of my missing prescription after countless hoops. Always took my dosage and always ram out before refill. Company is a scam

Terrible company. Spent 20K+ with this company over a few years. Plagued with constant issues. Final straw was when they sent me half a vial of medication. When I brought it up, they accused me of abusing medication, despite a very recent blood panel that showed no abuse. They were accusatory and unwilling to help. Basically told me to kick rocks. I asked them to fix the issue and their response was to just ghost me. No return emails. Would hang up on me when I called. Absolutely horrible customer service and resolution to my issue. This was considered patient abandonment because they didn’t give me time to get a new doctor, just dropped me. I’m currently going through the process to report them to state boards for their behavior.

They straight stole my money and it’s been almost three weeks since they said they refunded it. Still haven’t gotten it. They are going to get away with it and it’s not ok! I had been waiting for months to get my meds I paid for and I finally asked the “wellness specialist” whats happening and he pretty much said the doctors had parted ways with Transcend and Transcend instead of telling people and refunding them.. decides to keep the money and make people beg/dispute and all that jazz to get anywhere. I paid them two different ways and thank god I used a credit card for the big purchase or I would have been hosed. Right now I’m out 204 dollars and I’m probably goin to have to take it as a loss due to them being scummy and being thieves. But, a few weeks before that.. they were willing to sell me another high priced peptide.. knowing dang well nobody would fill it and keep that money too! DO NOT TRUST this company and if you do.. do not use a third party to pay(like afterpay) because afterpay will not help you get your money back. Common thieves.

After signing up It took two weeks to get a formal introductory greeting. Had I not reached out I would not have had an appointment. Red flag. The sales call was good and that’s about all that was good. I’ve been trying to get someone to help me get a new invoice so I can pay for my lab tests and it’s proving to be impossible. I do not believe anyone should waste their time with this company. There’s a chance you’ll be dropped in the middle of your protocol. It’s unsafe and unprofessional. There are better companies out there.

Everything started off great. First order arrived within a week, regular checkups from the wellness specialist, quick responses to inquiries, etc. However, once I stopped ordering expensive peptides and was only using my TRT things changed. Responses to texts or emails began taking days, TRT refills 2-3 weeks. The final straw broke today. I placed an order for a Testosterone refill a month ago and at that time I had half a vial left, which will last a month. I had already sent a text and email about my order status a week ago but they didn’t respond until today at which point I was told that they are experiencing an operational freeze and are unable to process any orders. Now, I have enough testosterone left for one injection and no way to get more anytime soon. Testosterone is not optional, you need it to feel normal. I also requested a refund for the payment that I made a month ago but received no response.

Side note: The testosterone I’ve been paying $238 for is $140 without them and the peptides I spent $3500 on are $500.

This company was ok when doing my intake. They got me scheduled, gave me a contact person, and set me up with a medical professional to get things going….then they were awful. My contact person started taking longer to get back to me, didn’t get me my medicines on time (over a week and still don’t have them) and she has not responded to me in over a week (she’s ignoring me). On top of this, I called their general phone number and waited on the line for 45 minutes (from 4th in line to 1) only to automatically get thrown to a voicemail. I have now left 2 voicemails with no response (5 days and 2 days respectively). I have also sent an email with no response. This company is garbage and should be shut down.

I only did the blood test and follow up and had three different people as my contact. The customer service was extremely poor, I had to call multiply time with no follow up and my "nurse call" was not helpful at all and took again multiple time to reach him, and a few weeks for him to provide me with any info at all. Huge waster of money and time.

This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been with them for a year and a half. I don’t know why I’ve waited this long to stop. You’re just a number for them and when you have a serious question about some things but your hormones or peptides you don’t get the answers for days. Do not give your money to this company.!!!

I started my TRT journey with Transcend Company in Sept 2023. I didn't do any research prior to spending my money with Transcend. The sales staff is exactly that.....sales! They sell you products you don't need and the prices are sometimes double that of reputable TRT companies. I was talked out of over $3500. My fault for not researching the reviews about this company.
