Incompetent - Almost caused me my TM application - I changed attorney to save myself
I hired TramaTM for two tasks: completing the attorney change of record and submitting a response to the trademark office action within the 90-day deadline. They took my payment but failed to perform either service—they never filed the USPTO TEAS Change Address or Representation Form, which my new attorney submitted online (requiring my signature online) and appeared visible in TSDR immediately.
Instead, they misled me by claiming it takes months for changes to update on the USPTO site, causing me to lose two months of my deadline and nearly abandon my application. This inaction and misinformation violated USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct, including diligence (37 C.F.R. § 11.103) and competence (37 C.F.R. § 11.101), as they accepted fees without delivering services or accurate advice.
Despite my demands, they refuse to refund, claiming they "did their part," which they did not. Total incompetence and dishonesty—avoid this firm at all costs!

Regarding the public status of your application, it is important to clarify that USPTO processing timelines can vary. When a change of representation is bundled within an ownership or assignment-related filing, the USPTO requires a manual review and verification process before the TSDR database is updated. This process is handled entirely by government specialists and differs from standalone representation updates, which are often automated. While we understand the wait can be frustrating, these administrative timelines are outside of any firm's direct control.
With respect to the Office Action response (the second service purchased), we proactively offered a refund several days ago as the service could not be completed following the attorney change shortly after submission. We are confirming that this refund is being processed today. While we cannot discuss further details publicly for privacy reasons, we have sent all relevant receipts and updates directly to your email.
