Poor service.
Cliquy athmosphere, wouldn't recommend anyone buying a course here or taking a job with these people. Perhaps the owners should look more closely at their staff and take their rose tinted glasses off

Did the business analysis course and found the content to be engaging and concise enough to keep your attention whilst also providing you with a wealth of insight into what it takes to become a business analyst, this was prior to my first junior role and before starting I had no experience in business analytics whatsoever so this was a great starting point!

Training bitesize was highly recommended by my colleagues and they did not disappoint. The virtual course I attended was very well structured and the trainer explained things, particularly new concepts, very clearly. He was extremely supportive and carried everyone along. Highly recommended!

Bytesize offers PM training through my organisation which I did foundation last year and then intermediate this year. Both courses were really enjoyable and had the right information for the level I was doing. Looking forward to doing the accredited course next year.
The training Callum was fab always explained things using real life examples which helped us understand the content better. They always encouraged participation and never made me feel incapable if I got something wrong.

Brilliant Training for the APMQ. Attended 5 days course and then the revsion workshop was good

The APMG Change Management course is a great course for professionals in change management role.

Great online training session by an enthusiastic young man. Will definitely be trying to sort out a few more for the office. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed my APM PMQ course with Calum, he has a nice relaxed teaching style, and very knowledgeable. Support from TBS was excellent, and all materials arrived on time, particular thanks to Molly for answering all my questions, and posting out some extra materials to help with my coursework. Very happy to recommend anyone considering APM training.

I was a little nervous about taking my first certification course for many years, but I needed Managing Successful programs for my next role, so purchased the online courses for self study. Access was straight away, and I worked through an outline plan supplied by Carla, the bits I didn’t quite get they put me in touch with a trainer, so was quite confident of taking the exam, and passed with flying colours, one happy person. All touch points were managed well and I never had to wait long to get an answer to my questions. The online exam had to be taken through PeopleCert once I finished the training, I didn’t particularly find it hard, but it is worth making sure you understand the rules, particularly if like me you loose the internet connection during the exam, but the byte size team sorted it for me.

I found the change management course I did a great well-rounded option for leading and managing a project. Buying the course was easy and there was a page all about the exam so I knew what to expect. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve just finished the MSP (managing successful programmes) foundation & practitioner courses, using online materials by TrainingBytesize.
The materials were generally OK (slides wer not bad, but let down by the manual only being available as a piecemeal ebook, not as a full PDF), and the mock papers seem standard. There was no briefing on exam technique - what to watch for in the exam format.
Proctoring for foundation was fine, but I was not impressed with that for the *open book* practitioner, which was more rigid, asking me to angle my fixed camera in an awkward way, not letting me use my second screen for my PDF manual (which I had to source elsewhere), and had permitted highlights.

I passed, but probably more because I’m very experienced at MSP rather than the quality of the materials and online prep.

Overall, I felt it was overpriced.

I first did my AgilePM Foundation course with them and passed first time. The course content is super easy to digest and easy to navigate, and the unlimited exam practice questions were really helpful. Before discovering Trainingbytesize I'd been doing my Prince2 courses with another provider and was really struggling to absorb the information as the content was so dry so I decided to pay just to get the course content from Trainingbytesize as well and it's been great. I highly recommend using them and will definitely do more project management courses with them.

I recently took the online APM PMQ course, and was very happy to pass the exam. It was structured well, and the pace and style worked well for me. I did need some support over earned value, which I didn't quite understand, and John the trainer rang me and helped step me through the calculations. The team at training bytesize helped me book the exam, and all in very happy with the result. I will certainly use them for future courses.

Always had a good experience using them. Staff were always helpful and during my course the trainer even gave me a mobile number to use out of hours. I've completed a few courses but never have been offered that service before. Plan to take up another course soon hopefully get same trainer ( Terry)?
