Ryan has been nothing but helpful from the first phone call, he was quick to help and guide me through the steps onwards to this licence. Very supportive from day one, i was never left curious about anything.

I’d phoned around a few different HGV companies before this one but after speaking to Ryan I went for TrainHGV straight away. He explained everything well and was friendly and supportive throughout and made the process very easy for me.

Great service from Ryan S. I was left stranded with another company and Ryan came along with that big S on his chest to save the day. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in getting their training done!

Rang up a few different training centre but trainHGV stood out to me the most because the person (Ryan) spoke to me nicely and clearly, asked how I was, talked me through all the steps in detail, always updated me with everything, highly recommend for anyone looking for training. The team was very helpful with my booking process. Their friendly and professional approach made the experience smooth and enjoyable Excellent service all around!

I made a decision last Oct/November I can’t remember exactly to do my class c HGV license and after applying to a few, Joe called me and was very positive and informative unlike some others that contacted me that just wanted to get me locked in and paid before telling me anything, from that point on Joe was always on the phone if needed and explained the process very well and costs involved for the initial stages.
With my current work commitments I couldn’t commit as much time to the theory as I would of liked but that was not an issue as Joe would extend the online training if it ever expired no questions asked.

I never felt pressured by any of the team, and was helped all the way through to then pass my theory first time which was great, Joe was again then very help full and even more flexible with booking my practical course in, the only surprise I had was the extra cost of pass protection which I could not remember if I was informed at the beginning but I understood why it was being offered, ultimately I did not need it but I can guarantee if I hadn’t taken it I would of needed it, I would say just for clarity at the beginning just ask all the retest costs so you know everything which I can’t remember asking but not an issue.

I had a great time doing all this and information given was on point and very relevant, I would recommend Joe and the team to anyone wanting to get into HGV driving as the practical examiners we’re just as help full and great at making you feel relaxed.

Very professional and reliable company. Ethan has been a great leader in the sence that he gives follow up calls each week to ensure I am staying on track. I went to trainhgv 7 weeks ago not knowing much about this industry. They helped supply all my forms, arrange my medical and also helped me pass my theory. When it came to booking in my dates for practical, they had very fast availability that they managed to book across my busy work schedule.

My experience with Train HGV has been peerless. I was anxious about upgrading my licence for various reasons, but after speaking to Joe, I felt that all lifted.
