Fakes shipped from Hong Kong, I have returned the goods, but still no refund!!!
UPDATE! Finally received my trainers, which were fakes, no surprises there!! Finally managed to get a return address, they confirmed receipt of my return, and guess what, NO REFUND!!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Item not handed over to courier despite telling me my order had been dispatched! Avoid! Update - I have just been informed that my order is being shipped from Hong Kong, I have serious doubts about authenticity now, I will not be accepting delivery if they ever arrive! They should state where the item is shipped from on their website so people are aware!

Having ordered a pair of air Jordan 4 for my son for Xmas I was extremely happy when I received them, brilliantly packaged and quality product I know my son I going to love them. Staff were very polite and helpful when I had to chase the delivery however the delay was due to postal strikes. I’d definitely recommend!

Beware - Fake Trainers
Ordered two pairs, definitely fakes, good fakes…. But fakes none the less, for retail prices. This company are so crooked, I asked three times if these were real, three times they lied. They don’t even have the return address on their website, you have to ask for it via email, when you do eventually get it, it’s some dodgy house address in Croydon. They tried to bribe me by saying I could keep one pair in exchange for a good review. Their review responses are in terrible english and utter nonsense. They will try to blackmail you into writing a good review in exchange for your refund. I was lucky and got my refund as it was paid via Klarna. My advice is steer well clear…

Hello Paul.
Thank you for reviewing your experience, we apologize for that. If you have any problem after ordering. So we have investigated your case. We want to tell you about authenticity.
All our products are genuine and authentic and if you don't like them, no problem you can return the parcel to our given return address as per our policy time, and after that we refund you. it's a simple refund process.
As we have already discussed with you in the email. We have already given you a refund for both pairs. And if you have any other problem with the order then talk to us via email we are always there for you via email: sales@trainersfactory.co.uk.
what we should understand is the purpose of your repeated reviews, do you want to blackmail us because of the free pair? because we have already refunded you before the time. if we have not given you a free pair so you will tease us. mate, we are always here for all customers. Please don't tease us. because your case is already solved
Excellent service
