BEWARE
First, setting aside who started this company, the Tradever website was obviously sloppily created using an AI website builder. The site repeatedly promotes “funded accounts,” “real capital,” institutional infrastructure, segregated capital, and audited processes. Yet Tradever’s own Terms state that the trading environment is simulated and that no actual capital is used.
The fine print raises additional concerns. Tradever gives itself broad discretion to terminate accounts, invalidate trading results, and withhold or reverse payouts, while simultaneously promoting “no hidden clauses” and “transparent rules.”
More importantly, I would strongly encourage anyone considering Tradever to research the background of its founder, Layth Samarah, for themselves.
Public records show Layth has a lengthy criminal history including multiple arrests for assault causing bodily injury and credit/debit card abuse. For those interested in reviewing the records and mugshots, they are publicly available and easily found with a Google search (Trustpilot won't allow links).
There are also multiple court cases involving allegations of defrauding business partners and investors. In one such case (David Bradley Himel v. Layth Samarah, Case No. 2022-CA-004801) a judgment of more than $1.8 million was entered against Samarah. Hmmm wonder how Layth got the money to buy a bunch of expensive cars and why Layth no longer has those cars...
Layth was also recently evicted and ordered by a Judge to pay his landlord $20,000. Contrast this to his claims of making $15 million over the last 15 years day trading. Layth's social media persona he tries to curate is completely different than the real Layth as exposed in public arrest records and court filings.
Lastly, there is a Reddit thread where numerous people detail their encounters with Layth. Again, this is easily searchable since Trustpilot doesn't allow links.
My hope is that this review causes at least one person to pause, investigate the company and its leadership, read the Terms carefully, and make an informed decision before signing up.
PS: The very first Trustpilot review for Tradever was posted by Layth Samarah himself. This is a violation of federal law under the FTC Act and 16 C.F.R. § 465.5(a). I may be reporting this to the FTC for review...
