Going the extra mile
We ordered an item that did not fit properly, and a solution was promptly found and sent out to ensure it was fit for purpose. In my opinion, this is going above and beyond.

Product I wanted at the most competitive price plus delivered in time as mentioned when ordered. I will keep track of new items I may need to order.

Very poor at first but redeemed themselves eventually
Updated review:
Had initially submitted a one star review as did not receive my delivery. However, after a couple of emails chasing my order I received a very apologetic email and follow up phone call from one of the managers who couldn’t have been more helpful. Item was delivered within 48 hours of our conversation along with an extra free item to compensate for the inconvenience. Much appreciated. So excellent customer service eventually but a shame it took a few weeks to get that response.

Ordered on 17/12, promised 48 hour delivery. Now mid January and still have not received my order. Very poor.

I ordered an item that the package arrived damaged, as a goodwill gesture they sent another free of charge, customer service excellent would recommend this company.
