Today, I checked out of Tradstays accommotion at Cresta house and I loved the apartment and its location! I must admit that the apartment exceeded my expectations and my parents loved staying there - it was a stone throw from the town centre, train and bus stations. Well done for keeping the apartment up to standard. Also, thanks to Heidi for being an amazing customer relations contact for Tradestays.

I run Seven Space in Norwich and we always welcome guests from Trade Stays. They are easy to deal with and payment always arrives on time. I can highly recommend.

Samantha at Trade Stays found my company through Airbnb and booked 6 sets of dates for some electricians to stay in one of the holiday lets that I manage. The electricians were tidy and left the cottage extremely clean every time they stayed.
Samantha was efficient, polite and very helpful. I would be very happy to work with Trade Stays again in the future.

The Tradestays team are excellent in both communication & supplying my clients with great accommodation leading them to return repeatedly.

Excellent communication and business provider. Very happy with their extremely friendly service and prompt payment.

We have worked with Trade Stays in our city of Newcastle upon Tyne a few times now and I'm always impressed with their efficient communication and attention to detail. Their clients always leave our accommodation in a tidy state and are genuinely a pleasure to host. I have worked with trade stays and the team for a while now and I reluctantly write them a review as I wanted them all to myself and no one else lol!!

But in all honesty the team deserve more than 5 stars.. they have been excellent in managing my properties and tenants achieving great and consistent results. So much so that I am slowly delegating all of my operations to them.

I have recently got them to manage 21 properties for me in Bedfordshire and I have been very impressed with the results.. I only used them for single units before. Apart from the operational logistics that they deal with very well, they have assigned a specific marketing campaign targeting those properties before I even launched and already had a steady flow of bookings my way!

We have regular meetings and updates to see how we can improve efficiencies and protocols. They are very approachable and have allowed me to automise much of my business..

Thank you Trade Stays, I hope you keep me on your priority list!

Shannon reached out to offer the Trade Stays services a while ago and she has stayed contactable since, I recently gave her two jobs we have coming up her and the team worked really quickly to be able to get us options over and then went into detail explaining the options and pricing both options were much better then staying in hotels,

The Tradestay team provide quality accommodation for guests. Communication is great as the account managers provide a personal service and have comprehensive knowledge of property and client needs.
