We had a great experience with Traders Accounting for the last nine years. Shannon was very friendly, helpful and is good at explaining things in a direct understandable manner (both verbal and email communications). We really appreciate that style of communication! James our CPA is knowledgeable and has always done quality work and answered any and all questions. Great accounting firm that has completed both my LLC and personal taxes. They deliver what they promise. The manner in which the taxes are authorized and paid is very straight forward and understandable. We appreciate their services and plan their continued use in the future.

Avoid this company by any means. The horror I experienced with them I would not wish anybody to experience. Not only is their response time very lenghty, but after you finally get through all the forms they want you to fill up and submit and you hope that you are set, you may just get an email telling you that they are refunding your money and wont do your taxes....a week before tax deadline. Their customer service is pure and simply rude when you actually get them on the phone..so my advice... stay clear and find different tax company
