Recently, the combination of great prices and the best products backed up by exceptional service has catapulted us forwards to become a major regional independent and one of the fastest growing merchants in the UK. Whilst other merchants may offer a confusing mess of price lists and discounts, we simply publish our best trade price, and charge the same price to every trade customer. If we get a deal from a manufacturer, then it is available to all our customers. All we ask is that, if we don’t know you, you are patient whilst we verify your trade status, as we do not deal with retail customers. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to help. Their service is top-notch, and delivery times are excellent. I now make this my go-to place for all my materials – highly recommended!

Not sure about great experience

Not sure about great experience - very few things are in life. But the staff at the branch in Ashford are first class. Always cheerful, have a sense of humour and certainly knowledgeable about most of the products we have to deal with. Prices are good too.

Convenient store and a good location in Bristol.
Just a shame they have decided to close the one and only branch in Bristol.
Sadly this maybe the last time I can use this company.
The staff were always very helpful and polite.
