I just started using the Williams Slough Branch recently. The staff here are awesome, and James Missen provided exceptional service !

I've used this company for a long time now. I find the service in my local branch to be really good. Staff are helpful and have a good product knowledge. Branch has a good stock supply and can get most stuff pretty quickly if not in branch.

great selection of products always seem to have what you need .great friendly staff.no hidden prices what you see is what you pay.

I want to thank the whole team in Bedford for their constant help & support. I've been in the trade for over 20years & there's been a big gap with suppliers that care & want to do their best to help you & these guys just fit the bill. They make my job 10xs easier & I can't thank them enough, Mike, Andy, Tasha & Rob.

placed order & got call back within minutes to say delivery would be Wednesday not Monday , that's ok , did what they said .

Williams Ashford again blows every other merchant out out of the water, the counter service is always willing to pass on knowledge and experience along with a coffee, the delivery was seamless and the driver was helpful and willing to assist without hesitation all topped off with a smile and a bad joke!!

One of the best plumbing suppliers with reasonable price, all the staffs from any branch very helpful and proactive. The best thing i like there is you can grab anything you require from the shelves. Overall most convenient place for the plumbers.

Super staff awesome range of fittings all on view like a small supermarket. Anything not in stock is there for you next day.

Purchased a whole bathroom worth of supplies to redo my bathroom through williams (via my bathroom fitter). Everything went well, Nick at Gloucester was exceptionally helpful

Sadly the problems started there as the shower tray developed a large crack within 2 weeks of being installed. Despite having bought the tray from williams, they contacted kartell who contacted just trays. After weeks of waiting, just trays sent someone to look at the tray who said it wasnt installed correctly despite being on a full timber frame, which is superior to the flimsy riser kit they supplied!

As a result, just trays declined to take responsibility for the faulty product and have blamed it on the install. Williams have also backed out of taking any responsibility which leaves me with the cost of ripping out a shower tray and the associated panels

Disappointing experience that I have to go through consumer rights because williams is unable to do any more despite williams stocking low quality products including a shower screen that was 10cm shorter due to a "manufacturing defect"
