Order was delivered to the their address and I received no communication whatsoever. When calling the listed phone line no one answered. When trying to communicate through live chat there you're left in a queue which never ends unable to get support.

Eventually I received a call from a different number to the one on their site, when I answered the person didn't say anything - hung up and then proceeded to send me photos of my device without any context. They then gave me a number to call to speak about my device.

I was told that my device had scratches so they would have to offer me the price for one grade down - however they did not offer me the price listed on the site and instead said they "round down payment price" which doesn't even make sense.

My account was then disabled on their website so I can't even log in and get any information. I tried to call back after discovering that my account is disabled and once again no one is answering the phone?

Avoid this company and stick with a trusted reseller - I wondered why they didn't appear on comparison sites and now I know.

Edit: they tried to flag this review for defamatory content and trustpilot declined their flag!

Order placed 9th of October. They notified that they can’t ship to Greece 17th of October. They haven’t still refunded. Worst after sales service ever!!!!!!!

Not super obvious that you need to return a watch with the charger and the strap therefore received a lower offer, would be better to specify this in the email confirmation/include a pack list people don't miss it but I suppose that's an easy way to ensure they always pay less than advertised

Used the trade in service as I had some earphones we no longer needed. The process was so easy just shipped the items and got the money into my account only a couple days later! Will use again

I sent my phone in near perfect condition, it has since become covered in scratches and damaged by them which were not there when it was sent. They called me at 10pm and texted me photos of the newly acquired damage. I then called them back and they were rude and condescending towards me, advising my phone was damaged and there for they decreased the price by £80. Completely unprofessional, I then had to buy my own returns label and email it to them. Not worth it. Devalued my phone. Do not trust them.
