Horrible prop firm & complete liars.
Horrible prop firm & complete liars. Bought an early incubator account with free resets and was told that the account won’t ever be removed, after a few months the account was taken away from me and I was forced to start buying new accounts if I wanted to keep using their platform.

To provide clarity: when you purchased the account, there was no plan or date in place to change or remove that program. However, as outlined in our Terms of Service, all programs are subject to change.
When we later revamped our product offerings and discontinued the incubator accounts, we provided you with an instant funding evaluation for free in place of the account you originally had. This option was offered to ensure you still had access, and you accepted the instant funding account at that time.

Quick and Clear Path to Payouts - Outstanding Customer Service
TradeFundrr's journey to getting traders to the payout phase is phenomenal. You can literally qualify for a payout every 5 days, with a profit target that is half of what other prop firms have. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! If you trade a VERY profitable strategy but try to take any PROFITABLE trades that just happen to spike fast and hit your goal they keep your profits. And if you sell a trade for a loss too quickly the make you keep the loss. To date they have kept 2,000 of my profits. Those profits make my account in the red without them. There is no place to reply to your answer so I will edit my post. You simply look at one dynamic in my metrix and state that it is inaccurate. So again I say on both sides of the ball you stick it to people. I am only telling them be very careful. As they should be. Yes I’m still using this account and I will use it until it is blown or I make back $1500 so I can move to a more trustworthy prop. I tried to show your customer service rep that I had 40 Green Day’s and 11 red before joining the prop firm to show consistency and he said and I quote” we don’t care about that these are the rules and we have so many people trading that my account doesn’t matter” I appreciate your response but you didn’t look into all aspects. Only 1 out of 4. Thank you and I hope this relationship can get better from here.

I was charged twice for the services and sent an email to the support team at Tradefundrr and it was resolved within less than 5 minutes. Their customer service support team was wonderful.

Been smooth for me
I have received 2 payouts from my funded account so far. Tradefundrr has the most straight forward rules and they do not slam you with hidden costs or insane requests to approve your payout. Only prop I use now.

I believe that it is not a reason to close an account for being 2 minutes before news with an open position; they should close the position but not close the account. This rule is really ridiculous.

Got 5 accounts breached after trading 4…
Got 5 accounts breached after trading 4 consistent days of little profit in order to grow thoses accounts slowly, just because i had a trade open 2 minutes before a news, not clear on the website that this rule is also applied to PREPROP accounts (says challenge on the website FAQ), not fair and not made for traders. I'll avoid that propfirm at all cost.

To clarify, there is no step in our evaluations called a “challenge.” A challenge refers to the account as a whole, not a specific step. Our Incubator Challenges have two steps: a Qualifying step and a Pre-Prop step.
The news trading restriction applies in all cases, and this rule is clearly stated both in our FAQs and in the welcome email sent to every user upon registration.
As a gesture of good faith, we also offered you two activation fees at 100% off to help you continue trading.

This program has been great so far
This program has been great so far, I really like that I have a choice in trading platforms. The support I've received so far has been outstanding; they're really quick to get back with an answer.
I know for a fact that one of the guys involved with this company is a good guy and a straight shooter.
If you didn't get the "Prop Trader Black Book", get it! There's a ton of solid info in it and it's the main reason I looked into these guys.
Lastly: they are less expensive that other props regarding the cost of the challenges. The best value of all is FREE RESETS in the incubator, beats the daylights out of $50+ resets with others.

Not an alternative Prop Firm
I tried this prop firm as alternative to Topstep but the firm has issues very frequently with Tradovate. Others companies fix your account when your evaluation or even your funded account is lost because of the platform issue. Not this firm, it’s a waste of money and time trying to pass any evaluation because they washes their hands saying they have no control over those platforms issues. Why others firms can fix it and this one not? Sounds like a scam.

In your case, even though the only evidence provided was a general report that the platform “glitched out,” we still extended multiple $1 accounts so you could continue trading without additional cost.
We did this in an effort to be fair and provide you with continued opportunity despite the lack of documented proof.

the 15 Second rules for trade futures its really really frustrating . i understand the 30% consistency rule, i understand the requirement of 5 days with $250.00 daily profit day, all of that its really easy to focus and be discipline , but the 15 seconds rule its the worst thing because i understand that the system doesn't count that day as part of the minimum 5 days requires if you hit the $250 daily profit in less than the 15 seconds i understand and i accepted but what i dont really accepted is that tradefundrr erase the profits like never happened, no matter if that trade profit was $300.00 in less than 14 seconds , they are gonna erase the trade and the money and that force you to keep trading and hold position just because the 15 seconds rule , i already canceled my others account with this propfirms , there are other and better options out there

The 15-second trade rule is in place for several important reasons:
First, it simulates realistic trading conditions. Our evaluations are designed to mirror the challenges of trading with a funded account. In live markets, factors such as slippage, latency, and order routing delays make ultra-short-term wins (under 15 seconds) very difficult to consistently achieve. These trades often rely on platform inefficiencies rather than a sustainable trading edge, so the rule ensures performance isn’t inflated by results that would be unlikely in a live environment.
Second, it helps prevent platform gaming. Some traders attempt to exploit simulated environments by taking advantage of instantaneous fills and no price impact. This is not reflective of real-world execution, and the 15-second threshold helps discourage these unrealistic, high-frequency “tick-sniping” tactics.
Third, it encourages strategy development. We aim to fund traders whose approaches show patience, skill, and risk management. Holding trades for at least 15 seconds promotes strategies based on solid analysis and decision-making, which are the qualities we look for in funded traders.
Lastly, there is an intentional risk asymmetry. While profits on trades under 15 seconds are removed, losses are kept. This is to ensure fairness and discourage risky, unrepeatable tactics that might succeed in a simulated setting but fail in a live market.
We understand this rule can be frustrating, but it exists to maintain the integrity of our program and select traders who are prepared for real funded trading conditions.

News trading rule taken too far
One particular rule that news trading is a hard breach and when looking thier economic calendar they have news to avoid trading almost every single day. Now imagine, if you have 5 accounts, you´ve grown your account all the way up to 3k + and suddenly 1 day you unknowingly placed or kept your trade running during the news event + - 2 min, your account and all your hardwork is gone.
I would give 5/5 star if there was this news event not being hard breach rather they could just erase the profit made during news trading. Please bring this rule otherwise everything is super.

Only certain scheduled news events, not all of them, can affect your account, and these are clearly listed in your economic calendar on your dashboard for you to view. The rule is that you must be flat, meaning no open positions, for two minutes before and two minutes after the scheduled news event.
This rule is in place to protect both the trader and the integrity of the program. During these events, markets can move with extreme volatility, spreads can widen significantly, and fills may occur far from intended prices. In live funded environments, these conditions often lead to slippage and unpredictable execution, which can create unrealistic results in a simulated evaluation.
By requiring traders to avoid holding positions around these specific events, we ensure that performance is based on market conditions that can be more reliably replicated when funded. This protects traders from excessive risk while maintaining fairness across all participants.
We understand this rule may feel restrictive, but it exists to promote consistency, reduce exposure to uncontrollable volatility, and prepare traders for the realities of trading in live markets.
