Disappointed with Tradefeeds
I was disappointed with Tradefeeds. The platform didn’t have the depth of holdings data I needed, which is understandable, but the bigger issue was how support handled my subscription. Despite not using the service or API key, I was billed for a second month because I canceled one month and one day after signing up. That policy feels geared more toward maximizing charges than creating mutual value.

Hi Dan, thank you for sharing your thoughts. Our service operates on the same model as all subscription-based platforms, where monthly renewals happen automatically regardless of usage. You are always free to cancel at any time, and your access remains fully active until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Subscriptions are nonrefundable, as stated on our website several times prior to signing up. Despite this, we offered an exception by freezing your unused month so you could use it at a later time that you wish. We’re sorry to hear that this wasn’t viewed as a reasonable middle ground.
Our offer still remains, and we’d be glad to activate it whenever you’re ready. If you decide to return, we’ll be more than happy to support you with your financial data needs.
