We placed an order for a Lay-Z-Spa as this was the only U.K. company that showed they had them stock, and delivery time of been 2-3 days we received a confirmation email of the sale. But After no delivery and not hearing anything in a week we tried to contact the company and had no response, I have since seen other customers have had the same problems.It’s been 4 weeks now of constantly trying to ring and email with still no response. I know we are in uncertain times but Tradedirectoutlet took my money and have not refunded me when they knew they could not get stock. I did pay by PayPal and have reported this case and also reported them to the Action Fraud. Do not deal with this fake company!

Unbelievable. They take your money offer a 3-5 day delivery after 10 days Phone not answered tried 20 times voice mail full. No response to 3 emails. Still no paddling pool for my daughter’s birthday. It’s bad enough managing a 6 olds expectations In these trying times. these guys are either thieves or they just don’t give a damn

Taken my money but not delivered items
I received an order confirmation e-mail on 22 Jan. Delivery says 3-5 days. It’s now 1 month on and still not had delivery of the bulbs. I e-mailed them 2 weeks ago but have had no reply, and their phone is never answered.
