Been with thus company for a while for my company insurance. Very reasonable on price and staff are polite and know what there doing! Unlike other companies out there.

Over 14 days out of work they give you £800
Even if you brak or burn yours hands

Easy to Arrange, Exactly What I Needed
I’ve just taken out public liability insurance for my new mobile automotive locksmith business and I’m very pleased with the cover provided.
The policy was easy to arrange, clearly explained, and includes everything I need to trade with confidence. As a sole trader starting out, it’s reassuring to have proper insurance in place without any hassle.

Endless sales pestering by Trade Direct
I did not enjoy or needed the bombardment of chasing reminder emails and several phone calls in last month prior to my insurance cover expiry. I advised the first caller exact timeline when I will be looking into policy renewal, despite that Trade Direct kept calling, sending text messages and emails to sales pitch for renewal. I did not authorise this when I purchased last policy a year ago. You should be more professional, listen, take note and have some respect for your customers!
