Very unreliable service. Stay away from it.

Very unreliable service. Stay away from it.
I have setted everything up, and made sure it works well. And it did for half a day. Net morning I woke up to a total mess. My two accounts were absolutely inconsistent. Trades between master and slave were all messed up. Some wasn't opened, others wasn't closed.
After logging in to my dashboard, I saw that both of my accounts are disapered. Reached to CS, they sayed "someone" deleted them. Ha! Noone has access to my computer. Thats imposible.
Now I have to spend a lot of time and money fixing mess their copier has created.
Not worth it, even if its free, still not worth it.

I don’t have time to wrestle with clunky software, so CopyTrade Online has been a breath of fresh air. The interface is streamlined and makes managing personal accounts actually straightforward. I did have a tiny configuration question at the start, but their support team was on it immediately. No 'we'll get back to you in 24 hours'—just a quick, helpful walkthrough. Exactly how a platform should be run.

They actually stay with you until it's fixed

Most of these services just send you a link to a FAQ page, but CopyTrade Online is different. I had a really specific issue with my account setup early on, and their support stayed on the chat with me for 20 minutes guiding me through every step. The copier itself is smooth and has some unique features I haven't seen elsewhere. Reliable tech and even better people.

BAD EXPERIENCE

I had a very bad experience with this company today. I copy trade with MetaTrader bots from a demo account to a live account, since, as many traders know, many bots only work in demo mode and not in live trading. Otherwise, these types of companies wouldn't exist either, since I'm not far off the mark in thinking that many of their clients do the same thing I do...

Today, two trades were opened on my master account for the XAUUSD asset, and both obviously ended in profit on the master account. My biggest "surprise" and disappointment is that on the slave account, which is a real account, one trade closed the same way, and the other closed 20 minutes late, causing me a loss of €110, which I find shameful when you're paying a supposedly professional company.

My biggest disappointment was talking to the company's support, who told me it was my fault for using a demo account and that they wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake. We had a monotonous conversation in which they only knew how to blame the client.

I'm not going to continue using this company, and I hope that anyone considering using it will read my review first.

I have proof of everything I'm saying, and I can verify it.

Ticket number 28174204.

The first response of the tradecopy.online:
“Hello, thank you for your feedback. We have conducted a thorough investigation of our records and can confirm that we have no client registered under the name 'Jordi', nor does Ticket number '28174204' exist within our system. As this appears to be a fraudulent review using fake credentials, we have reported this to Trustpilot for further investigation. We take the integrity of our platform seriously and encourage any actual clients with concerns to contact our verified 24/7 support team."

Reading the company's response, I can confirm that my username is registered with the email address "jordisb89...," and the subscription payment is in my bank account. Everything is documented, including their response with the ticket number. I hope this helps. I also want Trustpilot to investigate the matter. I am fully prepared to cooperate.

The second response of tradecopy.online:

"This is an attempt to defame our company, and these claims are entirely untrue. The issue is related to your specific account, and our company bears no responsibility for it."

So, as we agreed, does my account and ticket number exist or not?

The third answer of tradecopy.online:

"We have conclusive evidence that this user is attempting to defame our company. Such users should be blocked to prevent them from damaging the service's reputation. After posting the review on Trustpilot, the user contacted us again, demanding a resolution in exchange for deleting the review. This is a clear case of blackmail; the client demanded compensation for losses incurred by copying trades from a demo account to a real one. We have already demonstrated to him that the copying error was caused by his broker, and our platform bears no responsibility for this."
This is an attempt to defame our company, and these claims are entirely untrue. The issue is related to your specific account, and our company bears no responsibility for it."

I hope they have proof of this: "After posting the review on Trustpilot, the user contacted us again, demanding a resolution in exchange for deleting the review." because it's a very ugly accusation from a company. I do have proof that it's not like that. I was simply asking for clarification of the situation and not to be called a liar, as the problem does exist. The response I received was that the responsibility lies with me for having used a demo account.

Enough contradictions already.

The fourth answerof tradecopy.online:

Good option

The interface is easy to understand. Because brokers use different names for different markets, I had problems with copying orders from one broker to another. But support will help you to solve such issues. As well as I could read FAQ to see how to do it myself.
After a 2 weeks of use I see no other issues.

SCAM company

SCAM company - stay away from them!

All MT4/MT5 were not able to connect for more than 2 weeks; they have permanent and recurrent connectivity issues.

They have fully copied and pasted all the content from other active and operating trade copiers on their homepage, features, FAQ, without even taking time to remove typos, other company names in some cases, and mismatched information from their website.

Furthermore, they explicitly state that they don't offer a refund policy, so they just take your money and leave:

"Yes, it is legal to offer a no-return policy. We want to inform our customers that we don't have any return or refund policy. All payments made by customers under this agreement are nonrefundable and noncreditable against each other."

Finally, their company is not registered at all, even if they share company details on their website. One day they say they are from Germany, and the next day, it appears they are from Armenia.

To conclude: STAY AWAY; IT'S A BIG SCAM!

Make your own due diligence when selecting a trade copier and not only focus on the price; you can lose your money without having a real service behind.

Connectivity (The SDK Issue): During the period mentioned, there was a major global service disruption from a primary SDK provider that affected MT4/MT5 integrations. This was not an isolated issue with our platform; it impacted every trade copier and broker utilizing that specific architecture.
