Excellent service with very knowledgeable customer support. The product is very good value for money and very easy to install; taking about 20 mins to do so. The product was dispatched for free and was delivered early the following morning.

I've ordered from trade access panels before and there was an issue with the location of the product with the courier,once I raised it with them they dealt with the problem immediately my end and dealt with the courier later,this order was delivered within 24hours of ordering and the whole process is effortless

I have been delighted with the standard of service and with the excellent quality of the product. Nicola gave me great advice as I identified the best solution for my needs and Luke provided some extremely useful technical support. The communication in respect of the delivery arrangements was spot-on, and the loft hatch, made to my bespoke measurements, fitted perfectly. Thank you!

Was really impressed with everything about Trade Access Panels - making the order and measuring up the hatch size, vodeo demo.
When the product arrived it looked good apart from a small nick on one edge that unfortunatly is visible to the eye. I did install and it was simple - would use again but disappointed in the quality control before sending the package to me
