Zeer teleurgesteld in de gang van zaken…

Zeer teleurgesteld in de gang van zaken rondom mijn abonnement. Ondanks dat ik mijn situatie duidelijk heb toegelicht, ontving ik geen reactie meer op mijn support case. Vervolgens wordt er doodleuk een incassobureau op mij afgestuurd. Alle communicatie hierover kwam terecht in een niet werkende mailbox (wel aangegeven bij Trackbee). Dus daar moest ik maar achter komen. Waardeloos!

Daarnaast is het abonnement voor bestaande gebruikers fors verhoogd, zonder dat er is meegedacht over een passende oplossing. De dienstverlening en communicatie hebben niet aan de verwachtingen voldaan. Genoeg reden om over te stappen naar Triple Whale.

GREAT SERVICE!!

I had an issue with one of my own stores that caused a payment problem on my side, not theirs. Despite it not being Trackbee’s fault, their support team handled the situation very professionally and helped me resolve everything quickly. Really impressed by how helpful and understanding they were!!

Very good customer service. Wrong subscription model

Very good customer service.
It’s just unfortunate that Trackbee switched to a new subscription model, it makes it harder for entry-level businesses to start using the platform due to the relatively high monthly cost. The entry plan starts at €79 per month, which feels too steep in my opinion. It would be fairer to either lower the entry price or switch to a pay-per-tracked-sale model based on Click-ID. They also include no click-ID revenue in your plan which is not fair in my opinion.

Hoi Mees,

Bedankt dat je je ervaring deelt en excuses voor het ongemak dat je destijds hebt ervaren. Je hebt helemaal gelijk dat er toen een probleem was met de verwerking van bepaalde conversies in een andere valuta.

Het heeft even geduurd voordat we de oorzaak volledig konden achterhalen, maar inmiddels is dit al bijna zes maanden geleden opgelost en werkt alles weer zoals het hoort. We nemen dit soort situaties erg serieus en gebruiken ze om onze service continu te verbeteren.

Ik heb je ook persoonlijk een mailtje gestuurd om dit eventueel verder te bespreken.

I was asking for a refund because I got charged before I could cancel the subscription, and they said it's not possible, but I have already disconnected everything. And before this, had were problems when it disconnected, and it was my fault that it was not tracking. Not great support. Always get to talk with Lina, and she's not nice.
