Transit 2.4tdci mk7 black head gasket, do not buy failed under 500 miles water system pressurising massively nitrogen test positive within 10 seconds, head skimmed and pressure tested new head bolts every bolt torqued correctly on full rebuild although other parts so far seem OK ie conrods big end and mains bearings seem OK for now and timing chain kit seems OK but definitely DO NOT buy there head gaskets I will review if anything else fails so far 320 miles in I realised how blown all the pipes were and expansion tank has carbon on top and no its not cracked bore as has just been rebored and new pistons fitted with full engine rebuild so do not waste your money on cheap head gasket through tpuk

Sent me the wrong handed item asked for a replacement to be sent, Understandably they want the original component back. 1 they want me to fund the returns cost and 2 they won't sent the right one out until they have inspected the wrong one which could take up to ten days !

After ringing up and getting a bit shirty the correct replacement part was sent out

I ordered a set of rear anti rollbar D bushes. They sent them next day delivery, which I paid extra for when they arrived. They looked very small, so I phoned TP UK spoke to a young lady who assured me they were the correct bushes. When I went to fit the said bushes, they were way too small wouldn't even fit on the anti rollbar on the rear of my transit. Now I'm stuck with a set of front anti rollar bushes. That I don't need and they expect me to send them back to get a refund.

Worst customer service, sent email and a further email 3 weeks ago, still waiting for a response

I can honestly sat this company has the worst customer service i have ever come across . i have been trying to buy a engine for a week and a half now to still be no better off with getting the engine . you cant get through on there main phone number . they email back only when its suits them and they are trying to charge us vat although they are a uk company and we are Irish based and give them the Irish vat number. Years ago i use to buy alot from this company and they ware the best on the market but now its the complete opposite keep away

Avoid This Company!

I purchased a new power steering pump from Transit Parts UK via eBay on 2nd December 2024 and received it on 11th December. After my mechanic fitted the part, they discovered it was faulty. I contacted the seller on 21st December to request a refund, and they provided a return label on 9th January 2025.

The faulty part was delivered back to them on 18th January, yet despite multiple follow-ups (including a message on 28th January), I have received no response and no refund. To this day, they have completely ignored my messages.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. If you choose to order from Transit Parts UK, pray that your part isn’t faulty—because if it is, you may struggle to get your money back!

Have purchased leaf springs and turbo from this company was made so easy rang them with what I needed they found part numbers and stock and made the experience easy and pleasant once ordered fast delivery and well packaged to prevent damage in transit highly recommend this company saved me so much money

needed to purchase a turbo found this company to be reasonable on cost fast prompt service fast delivery well packed and amazing customer service who checked and went out their way to make sure got the right part i needed amazing company will be using again for any parts needed in future

I cannot thank you enough for helping me out of a predicament I found myself in. So good to know this is a company you can rely on.
I can only speak from my personal experience but I feel the negative feedback is probably too harsh and you should take most of it with a pinch of salt as most people are only happy when they're complaining. I however, give credit where credit is due.
My experience as been super positive from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I bought an item and paid for next day delivery. The next day I called them around 2pm to find out when their courier would deliver. I was told since the part had been purchased after 2:30pm it had not yet been despatched which annoyed me. I asked for refund of my next day delivery payment, they promised to refund.
Early morning following day after our telephone conversation I received the part and the refund reflected in my account. True honesty, was impressed.

TERRIBLE COMPANY SAY ANYTHING TO GET OUT OF WARRANTY TRANSIT ENGINE LASTED 4 MONTHS DENIED WARRANTY SAYING FORD NEED TO CODE INJECTORS WHICH ARE ALREADY CODED TO THE ORIGINAL ECU THEY STATE HAS TO GO TO FORD TO BE REPROGRAMMED

Terrible customer service and unusable parts supplied. Bought a reconditioned engine through them and there are parts of the previously fitted injectors still stuck in the bores. Obviously this is unacceptable.
Further there was bits of foreign material I have since discovered having had to remove the cylinder head for further inspection. This was but of chewing gum stuck down an exhaust valve, and some kind of textile in a second valve seat.

Customer service has been non existent. No reply to emails, no follow up to phonecalls. I've been told the incorrect/old emails to use also further making their communications useless.
Obviously my patience has run out with this company. Avoid them.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star list items on eBay stating that they come with pipes items arrived and no pipes was included had to then purchase from another source and also lost a customer due to this deception from this little company.

There customer service is appalling I asked them to cover the value I have lost but only offered me £9 in compensation I didn't even want all my money back just the £50 I am out of pocket but they won't.

They have admitted they was wrong but still will not rectify there mistake.

I purchased a Ford Transit Custom 2.0 Ecoblue Remanufactured Bare Engine from this company and since the day it was fitted it has leaked oil from multiple places including the timing belt cover, sump and rocker cover. They make the engine look good in photos however its poorly assembled! AVOID buying a replacement engine from this company!

Avoid this company like the plague.
Faulty parts which broke immediately & unhelpful staff . Situation left unresolved.

Item was cheap & unfit for purpose. As a result had to be replaced from elsewhere.
Avoid dealing with this company as they did not accept responsibility & would not issue a refund.

I ordered a part, and I paid an extra 7.50 for next day delivery, that was a joke, I was told I wouldn't get it until Tuesday, absolutely disgraceful. They offered me £3.50 refund for my trouble.
That was an insult

This company took payment via paypal for an engine due to be delivered in 2-3 days. Received an email saying it had been shipped. A week later I emailed to ask where engine was and received a reply saying it would be looked into and they would get back to me. 2 days and another email later no response so I called. I was told that I would have to pay again by BACS if I wanted to buy an engine and that it had not been sent! I refused to do this before receiving refund of Paypal money and was assured it would be repaid that day. It was not paid that or the next day and I had to raise a complaint with Paypal to get the money back which looks like I might finally receive in my account in next couple of days. .... unbelievable!
